In normal times it provides a three to five day supply of nutritious food from USDA and local donations from stores and individuals. In pandemic times it offers more. Clients can take advantage of this service once a month. Other than a part time manager, it is staffed by volunteers. (Volunteers are always needed). It is open two days per week: Tuesday and Thursday from 12;45 to 3:45. It is open to those meeting USDA income guidelines who live in the south part of the county, that is south of Sunset Beach Road to the county line and east to the county line sling highway 26.
