First time stopping at this location and I just happened to stumble upon it on my way to a different store. Quite a lot of LARGE furniture items. Not as many smaller furniture pieces and very limited selection of homewares/decor compared to some of the other locations that I have been to. Staff were all very friendly. Shop was fairly well organized and easy enough to navigate. I have been shopping at Habitat ReStore (other locations) for many years now and I must say I was quite surprised by how expensive things were at this location. Prices are of course less than if you were to buy brand new but they were much more expensive than what I've seen at other locations. That said, it can't hurt to stop in and take a look for yourself (especially if you have a flexible budget to work with!). read more

I bought a beautiful Drexel hutch this past weekend. This thing was so heavy. They helped us load it and even gave us a moving blanket to protect it during the ride home. They guys even advised us on how to strap it down. Wonderful customer service and great low prices. I'll bring back the moving blanket to pay it forward to the next lucky buyer! read more

Really friendly staff that believes in their cause. The store has some really great finds especially in the tool section. I would recommend going here before shopping at home depot just to see if you can walk away with a steal. The store directly supports the Habitat program providing affordable housing as well as the environmental impact of recycling their donations. Habitat For Humanity is a wonderful charity. Shopping and donating goods at one of their many "Restore locations is such a good cause. You can find a wide variety of goods. Habitat for Humanity Restore in Newington, NH location used to be one of our favorite places. It is well organized. Some of the staff was very helpful. The past 2 times we have tried to shop there, it appears that there are immature children in charge of this location and no supervision. They have filthy vulgar goth music blaring from the oversized overhead speakers in the Newington facility. I can't call it music because it is NOT. It is incredibly offensive. The first time, we and other shoppers quickly left and chalked it up to lack of adult supervision. 2 months later we stopped in and were met once again with the same filthy vulgar goth blaring from the overhead speakers. Clearly this is a management decision to drive away customers or a complete lack of self awareness. Please put some adults in charge of this location with customer service in mind that will not drive away paying customers. Habitat For Humanity is a wonderful cause. It should not be tarnished by immature children running this location who are driving customers away. read more

They have even more quality finds and things to peruse, well displayed and fun to see what you will find. I have gotten many high quality vintage/antique items here that you just can't find in big stores. A beautiful wood bench, wooden chair, stools, a vintage ladder, shutters. They have many high quality larger furniture and amazing antique finds. You can't find high quality solid wood antique furniture for prices like these nowadays. Stuff moves quickly so if you see something you like , get it or it'll be gone! A great place to donate your stuff too. Great knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had beautiful bureau...they came to pick up! Yay! An hour early so I wasn't quite ready. But all was outside. One guy starts to load it and the other guy notices mold on side. We can't take it. What? Yelp refuses to fix the address it is off the Spaulding Turnpike next to Walmart in Newington for two years

ReStore is an excellent source of doors, windows, cabinets, sinks, appliances, and other home building supplies that don't look exactly new. It's bigger inside than out, with a basement that seems to extend under the parking lot or maybe under the neighboring businesses. The cheapest donated couch I could find was over $300 dollars.......this was given to these people for free! The cheapest donated dining set was 600 dollars. There was also an antique planer that would be about 10 dollars at an actual antique store...the restore wanted 45 dollars. These people are completely absurd and may have been a credible business at one point in time but not anymore......They should bring back Happy wheels and give the kids a safe place to hang out at and be active. This restore is not helpful to the community. People that are hard up and have little money to furnish their house are not going to be able to buy a 600 table or a set of 4 chairs at 30 a chair. I hope they don't treat all their donors like they treated me. It started out well enough. I emailed the manager with a written list of what I'd like to donate augmented with photos. Was told what they'd accept and what they wouldn't. Told me what days and hours they accepted donations, along with a comment of, "no appointment necessary." So, a few days later, I loaded up my van with all the stuff they said they would take and drove for an hour to get there. So, within the posted drop off times, I went into the store to ask where to drop off everything. I was told they weren't accepting donations that day. They "had a truck coming in" and wouldn't have space for my stuff. When I got home, I emailed the manager and described my disappointment. I got an unapologetic reply that said I was welcome to come back the next day to drop everything off...with another 2 hour round trip. It made me wonder how they would have have had room for my stuff the next day after their truck came in. It also made me wonder what excuse they might have come up with to deny my drop off that next day. read more

We found the prices high and the availability low. We got a range hood for $20 w/o filter. We checked the filter and it was $36. But, and this is the catch, the whole hood new, filter and all, sells for $33. Our mistake for thinking prices would be cheaper there and not checking before going. Now we have a credit for $20 that we don't know what to use it for since they don't offer refunds, only store credit. read more
