When my key with new battery would not start my Toyota Corolla, Phl, the Manager, I believe, leaped in to help! At first he got the snow plow to try to jump start to no avail, but Phil stayed with me. He had the intelligence to finally realize my key had been wiped and had to be reprogrammed. He sat in the car on a busy, cold, snowy day with me managing the all call and reprogramming of my FREE new key! When we had to wait, he made sure I had a comfortable chair in the office and free popcorn. I was so touched by the whole operation - Phil saved me the expense of calling AAA or having to buy a new key and he waved off the plow driver who returned to ask for payment for trying (unsuccessfully) to jump start my car. I cannot say how grateful I am to Phil (from Liverpool) for his thoughtful kindness, expert attention, and thorough professionalism. I highly recommend you do business with him! The gentleman at the counter said to just swap them out and they shouldn't be much of a difference in price. When I swapped them out, I went back to the counter to let him know that I probably owed him a little bit of money because some of the washers I bought were almost $.50 more each. He just handed them to me and told me to have a nice day. I just moved to Epsom and everybody has been super nice.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS STORE! I bought several pans and have spent the past year trying to return them…read moreonline after this store's manager (who sold me the goods) absolutely insisted: 1) the non-stick material was "hardened" and would last, in her example over a decade of ongoing personal use; and 2) does not contain PFAS. Well the pans' non-stick material scratched immediately (silicon tools only, as instructed) and have lost coating down to the steel (so those flakes are probably in my food); and I looked up the material warnings from the Le Creuset website as mandated by CA law and lo and behold it is confirmed there is PFAS in the coating. The manager insisted all sales are final and my only recourse was to go through the company website. DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGER AT THIS STORE AS SHE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO UNLOAD A SALE, as she did to us. I've been buying Le Creuset for decades, for gifts, for my kitchen collection, and am pretty sure after this experience I'm never going back. Utterly dissappointed.
