I've driven past this car wash multiple times and always saw cars wrapped around the building, so I assumed they must do great work. The lines were usually so long that I never stopped because I didn't have all day to wait for my truck to be washed. Today, I happened to drive by and there was no line, so I decided to give them a try. I paid approximately $150 for what was advertised as a full interior and exterior detail. After checking in, my truck was parked for a hand wash, and after waiting a little over an hour, they brought it around, quickly dried it off, and told me it was finished. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the results. For $150, my truck was still noticeably dirty in several areas. The interior wasn't detailed to the level I expected, and the overall quality of the work felt rushed. For the same amount of money, I could have hired a mobile detailer who would have come to my home, shampooed the carpets, cleaned every surface thoroughly, and polished the wheels. The staff was friendly and courteous, and I appreciate that. However, friendly service doesn't make up for the lack of attention to detail. When someone pays $150 for a vehicle detail, they expect quality work and a clean vehicle when it's finished. Instead, I left feeling like I paid premium pricing for a rushed, half-completed job. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash for detailing services. The value simply wasn't there for the price charged. **$150 is not worth what what the response from the business owner stated. To wash the outside super quickly dry it off and wipe a dashboard?? $150??? Yall must be insane. Absolutely not. I paid for a mini detail which is $130.00 and got just a half ass full service washer with floor mats. I complained to the Manager and showed him my seat weren't even wiped down and he said that doesn't come with it!!!??? What the hell? They always wipe down the interior even on a regular wash. My rims weren't wiped down, all kind of water spits all over the chrome where it hadn't been cleaned. They even broke part of my cup holder and hide the piece they broke under my seat. I now found a new car wash that's and I love and the people have just great . So basically I cannot recommend Hacienda car wash in Rockwall. The ones in Greenville is pretty nice people. 1 Star - First and Last Time at Hacienda Car Wash Inc. I decided to try Hacienda Car Wash for the first time and ordered a light detail for $130. When I arrived, I noticed a truck already in the detail area. After waiting 10-15 minutes in line, my truck was finally vacuumed and I went inside to pay. According to the receipt, I paid at 11:33 AM. I had told them I would be waiting, not a drop off. I passed the time shopping, making a few calls, and eventually sat down with a newspaper. Around 12:20 PM, I noticed my truck exiting the wash area and being parked near the detail bay--but the same original truck was still being worked on. I waited patiently, expecting my truck to be next. At 12:50 PM, I looked up and saw a white truck pull in. To my shock, they started detailing that one immediately--while my truck had been sitting untouched for half an hour. I watched in disbelief for 5 minutes, then gathered my things and went looking for someone to speak with. The place was practically deserted, as it had been the whole time I was there. As I was walking out, someone finally approached me and asked if everything was okay. I said no--and told him I was taking my truck. He tried to say it wasn't ready. I pointed out that while mine sat waiting, they prioritized a new arrival instead. That was the final straw. I won't be coming back. I have been coming here for years as well as my friends and family. I am so disappointed in how my car ended up and how I was treated yesterday. I did the $35 car wash and vacuum. A mom of 3 and yes my car looked like a trash can. Never have had an issue until today clearly there was a language barrier but I had to clean out my own car so they could vacuum find whatever. What I don't appreciate is the constant stares, talking about me in their own language, my car clearly didn't get vacuumed out correctly by the picture below and the guy sat there and argued with me. just an update I bought a monthly wash plan that included no mud charges because I own a I get my muddy fairly often and that was a major selling point for me. No mud charges but the last two times that I go in to get my truck washed there's a little bit of mud on it and they say they want between 15 and $30 to remove the mud even though I bought a plan with no mud charges. Well you make your own decision whether you want to do business with these people. I asked the attendant about why that is how come they're charges and they said mud charges only applied to dust vehicle not really mud. read more

STAY AWAY! I went yesterday 9/27/2024 for a "hand wash" on my brand new 2024 truck. I have had the truck for about 2 weeks. I asked the guy as I pulled in if it was hand washed and it wasn't going through any machine because I didn't want exactly what happen to happen. He insured me it would be fine and that it was 100% hand washed. Little dude he should be fired because he blatantly lied to me and continued to be unprofessional bringing up drugs and drinking at the bar across from them. Charged me $150 for the horrible experience, and asked the "manger" how long it would take. He then told me a hour and a half and that they would call me when it was finished. I left which i should have never did and in about a hour received a call stating my truck was ready. I walked back to the car wash and saw my truck sitting. The very first thing I noticed was the spiderweb scratches on the drivers side that I knew were not there when I left. As I got to the hood I saw the hug scratch across the front of it I immediately asked for the manager and he asked why. I pointed at huge scratch on the hood and reminded him that this was a brand new truck. He said he would get the manger and then grabbed a towel and tried to wipe the scratch off as if it would come off. The SO CALLED "manager" walks up barely speaking english and tries to do the exact same thing. They then tell me it was hand washed again and that I would need to fill out a form for the owner to review. I asked for a refund because at this point I have now found multiple scratches on my brand new truck. They told me no and that I would still need to fill out the form. I go inside and begin to fill out the form at this point the "manger" comes inside and says he can offer me $100 out of the $145 that I paid I told him he'll know this is a legit scam. He claimed he still washed the car and needed the money for that. By the way the car was not washed there was still dust on the interior water stains from the lazy workers allowing it to dry and other things wrong like the so called clean floor mats. I then told him again I was not happy and he told the lady behind the desk to call the police. When the police arrived he asked them to give me a ticket for trespassing! I'm assuming they deal with this a lot because the police were there in less than 2 minutes. I was giving a written warning and asked to leave. Then told that I would no longer receive the piece of crap "refund". I was told by the officers they could not do anything and I would need to go to court. ALL IN ALL, DO NOT GIVE THE SCAM ARTIST A DIME OF YOURS! If i could leave a negative star I would. Also when asking for the the business insurance information they would not provide it SCAM! Just had my car washed inside and out. Their service was horrific. Female interior detailed had attitude with 0 personality. The gentleman spraying prewash only sprayed front, driver side and part of rear. The people drying went thru quickly but I normally have to dry it myself afterwards. While I was drying I realized they totally missed a huge glob of bird poop on the top of my rav 4. I went in to talk w management (cashier) and she was clueless. The worker with her said they only wash the lower sides of the car and only dry the top front(an inch or two above the glass. I had to ask what kind of washing is that? Do you wash your face and leave your butt dirty??? I guess he didn't like that. Needless to say I cleaned and dried the bird poop and the rest of my car. At this point, if you live in Rockwall or Heath, I would suggest either washing your car yourself, or researching honest, courteous, professional private mobile car washing services. The old horizon car wash (which I'm pretty sure is now out of business) damaged one of my vehicles, and the owner cursed me out in front of his customers a few years ago (obviously I never went back), and now Hacienda is showing to be a discourteous unprofessional car wash as well. The first time I went I purchased the $50 monthly plan for the inside out. The employees are very rude and actually yell at you. The guy that "washes" your car before it enters the tunnel does so with a high powered pressure washer that he shows absolutely no care in how close he blasts your paint with it. Also to kindly guide you into the tunnel, he taps your tempered glass very hard with his finger that has his wedding band. This is no way to politely assist customers. This brings me to my issue. I can handle people being rude and disrespectful, I served in the military for 6 years and work in healthcare at an undisclosed hospital so I can deal with that. The problem being, is when their old outdated car wash tunnel track damaged my brand new vehicles lower left quarter panel. I took it back to them expecting simply a buff out of the scratches and for them to be respectful and courteous about the situation (honestly at how deep the scratches are it's going to need to be repainted). I was instead given a "claim paper" to send to "corporate". I doubt the size of this wash is corporately owned. Either way, I gave them an honest try for them to fix the issue. After several follow up phone calls and no answer back, just a voicemail, I'm convinced they're purposely ignoring my calls. I'll be cancelling my membership and if they give me issue about that as well (I'm expecting it at this point) I'll just have the bank put a stop payment on their ACH. They have several options to choose from including a full detail at a decent price. If I'm not mistaken, a free scent of your choose is included. If it rains within 24 hours, they will honor the rain policy. You can either sit outside and wait for your car or shop for snacks and knick knacks while you wait. If you're in a rush, avoid this place on the weekends. Their packed for a reason. The cashier is also upbeat and friendly. It's always nice to see their staff smiling while hard at work. WENT FROM BAD TO WORSE!! WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! I went in for the full service. I was handed my ticket to go pay. I went inside to pay as usual (haven't been in over a year). Then a man came in and rudely yelled at me to get in my car as they don't have people to drive it. Drove up 2 ft. To get back out so they could vacuum it while sitting outside at this point. I got back in and drove myself through the wash when the belt suddenly felt as if it was slipping. I then felt a hard nudge, looked in my rearview mirror and saw a car in my bumper! They stopped the belt and had me put it in drive to exit. I rolled down my window and asked the girl what happened and she looked like she didn't know what I was talking about. I asked if the car hit me and she said "i think so?" So I proceeded to tell her I wanted to look for damage on either car and file a report. By the time I pulled all the way up and out of the way the gentleman behind me got out of his car too. I was approached by the manager and he abruptly yelled at me and said I stopped and it was my fault. I told him there was no way I stopped as I was in neutral but did feel the belt slipping and he needs to check it out. He said No, you stopped my machines are fine!" EXTREMELY RUDE AND VULGAR! I told him he needs to check his cameras. The kind man that was behind me walked up at this point and I asked him if he saw brake lights (mine) and he said no. He said he was just as confused. If I could give negative stars I would. This place does lousy service, and items disappear. My wife took her jeep to this "car wash" for a cleaning. She got the royal treatment for $35.00. She was told this one gets the interior wiped down, and the carpets done. When it was done, there were streaks all over, the interior was filthy, like nothing was done. The door panels were never wiped, the carpets hadn't been vacuumed, the center console was dirty. On the outside, there were streaks on the hood where the dirt wasn't washed off totally, and just smeared. The tires were the only thing that looked good. My wife's collapsible cane, and a small blanket is missing. Calling them does nothing, they just give excuses. They also ignore emails. A couple of years ago, we went there with my truck, and it was the same thing on the job. We quit going there after that, and thought maybe the service would improve. Big mistake! I took pictures yesterday if the would have replied to her email and wanted to see what we were talking about. While we were cleaning this morning is when she discovered her items missing. There was no need to touch them, they were on a shelf. I guess someone liked the blanket and the cane. Calling them does nothing. They only care about taking your money, If you do go there, leave nothing in the vehicle. You never know what might attract someone. I officially joined the Hacienda damaged car club! I was 3rd in line waiting to enter the tunnel when the employee who pre-sprays the front and brushes the back of the cars got lazy. Instead of swapping the brush for the spray hose after brushing the rear of the car in front of mine, he instead slammed the large scrub brush onto my windshield and began raking it aggressively back and forth. My wipers started (I leave them on until after they spray so that I can see to pull forward). The wiper blades got tangled up in the brush being yanked back and forth. One blade completely snapped off and, baton style, flipped through the air landing ten feet away. With a dirty car, only one wiper and dried suds coating the windshield I then drove to an appointment. When I returned to Hacienda, I was given a piece of paper to record my "complaint" as they were all out of forms. Not surprising. After writing a detailed account of the events, I then had to verbally explain it a second time to the owner. He never introduced himself. He denied fault. He offered no apology. He had a condescending attitude and smirked repeatedly while I explained how his employee, and not the machinery, had damaged my vehicle. He also crumpled up my written complaint in his hand like it was a piece of garbage as we talked. He offered to compensate me for only one replacement blade at first as if I would enjoy having two random blades for wipers. Although the damage was minor, the owner's attitude was appalling. I used to get the $35 package and they would wipe down the inside, clean matts, vacuum and everything. Today I went and came out asking what did I come here for..... they didn't wipe down anything then when asked about it they have the audacity to get mad and blow you off. This place has been serving the community since 1989. The Crew is always fast and courteous. The manager, Marco, knows how to take care of his customers while ensuring fast, reliable, and friendly service. This weekend, I brought three of my vehicles through for a wash. I don't live in Rockwall, so my drive is about 20 minutes to get there. When I arrive, I always have a friendly face to advise me on my washing needs. I usually get the $6.00 exterior wash. For $4.00 more, you can get your tires shine. The $6.00 exterior wash does include a hand towel dry. This is a GREAT wash for people like me who have multiple vehicles. I brought each vehicle in on a different day. On Friday, I brought my car, Saturday my truck, and Sunday another car. I went on Saturday with the intention on buying the Exterior Plus for $15.00. I wanted to see what difference the Carnauba wax would have on my truck. That included the tire shine. The advisor suggested I get the $20.00 wash which included a 48 hour rain check plus a clear coat protection. I didn't know about the 48 hour raincheck. I said, "It won't rain within the next two days." He stated, you could use it regardless of rain. Keep the receipt, within two days if you wanted your car washed again just bring it in. (If you do this, keep in mind, this will only be the $6.00 exterior wash with hand towel dry. This won't include the Carnauba wax or tire shine unless you choose to pay for it.) So I agreed to go up $5.00. While going through the wash, I was looking online at the different wash packages and saw they had a Fast Pass Unlimited wash for $30.00-this doesn't include the tire shine. (See the exterior wash packages at http://www.haciendacarwash.com/exterior-wash/ Now the wheels in my brain are starting to spin realizing for $10.00 more I could have gotten the $30 Fast Pass with unlimited washes. Once I completed my drive thru wash and the Crew finished my truck, I tipped the Crew, like I always do (tips are not required but I recommend. It is extremely hot out there and the Crew don't cut any shortcuts when caring for your vehicle. It's the least I feel I could do to show my gratitude. When I get my Yeti cooler, I plan to deliver Gatorade to the Crew-insert smiley face here-now back to review...). Then I asked for Marco to see if I could adjust my $20.00 payment to $30.00 to get the Fast Pass instead. He did not give me a hard time at all. He did state, "We usually request our customers to purchase the preferred wash before going through, but I will take care of you." Now that's customer service not to mention I have been going here for years. I have seen the manager on numerous occasions working with the Crew but never had the need to visit him about any issues. To meet him in person for the first time with "an issue" and it resolved without hassle speaks volumes to him mantra when it comes to service. The people were nice but it was the worst car wash I've ever had! There was three drops of bird poo on the hood when I went in and it was still there when I left. They didn't wipe down the console at all. Also, instead of throwing away the empty water bottles in the floor they just shoved them under the seat! I didn't notice right away or I would've gone back. The Lakeview car wash in Rowlett is the best. You put everything that's trash in the floor and they toss it. They always vacuum and wipe down the dash, doors, and console well. I told the man wiping my car down that I wanted my wheels wiped down to make sure there was no brake dust. I tipped him five dollars. He then told me that they were already done. I should have gotten out of the car to see because after I pulled down the street just a couple of blocks and pulled over I saw they had not wiped my wheels down to get the brake dust off or put tire dressing on them. I have a new membership at Hacienda Car Wash in Rockwall after leaving Zips Carwash (across the street). Hacienda does an EXCELLENT job cleaning the interior and outside both. I got the $50 per month for unlimited cleanings. They dry by hand and apply tire shine by hand. My wheels are actually clean (that never happened at Zips). On my 1st visit, there was a nice young lady at the 1st station who explained I could drive the car myself thru the wash or they would handle that for me. The interior cleaning they did was great. I am very pleased withed with Hacienda Car Wash. The people working there are very nice and polite. read more
