I'm done coming to this car wash. Out of the last 6 times I've been here, the vacuums have not worked correctly 4 times. If I drive down the street to the other large car wash, their vacuums work perfectly every time. On top of that, the service at this location is a huge letdown. It takes forever to get anything sorted out at their office and too many times they forget to refill the clean towels at the vacuum section. read more

I meannn....I have nothing but great things to say! My boyfriend's large truck was covered in pollen so we rolled up. He completely forgot he had much larger tires on his new truck which did not quite fit in the tire tracks. The manager came out and said we'll make this work / they soaped down his tires and then he stayed with us through the entire car wash to make sure we were good. The service is top notch. So thankful for their dedication to make sure we were good getting through. He prob won't be back, but I'll definitely be back with my own car! read more

If you have a Nice vehicle do not take your car to this place. This thing beat the shit out of my Tahoe. I was laughing because my baby in the back seat was rubbernecking at every noise this is like an old school roller car wash. Like when my 2012 Tahoe came out of the wash it had scratch marks and the tow mirrors were facing the wrong direction from the rollers beating them. I don't care at the end of the day because seeing my 13 months old Terror reactions in her car seat as we sat in darkness being driven along on their driverless system while loud were heard from the SUV being beat to hell were well worth it. But needless to say I made the rookie mistake of driving by and seeing a bunch of people in line and just thought this place looks legit. Cost me 18$ for the wash but the cars gonna need a 500$ buff LOL. But gave them 2 stars because they offer free vacuuming and free laughs if you have kids under 2. read more

I like Car Spa in Garland . The problem Ive had with them was when I bought a car wash (Silver)package. The first month was $7.00 then after that the charge would be $20.00. At the beginning they changed me $7.00 twice. I contacted my debit card holder and they did a reverse charge and credited my account $7.00 After the first month they charged me $20.00 for the second month. I went to the Garland location only to be told that my card was not honored and my membership cancelled. Ive now contacted my bank card to get the $20.00 returned. I contacted a guy named Gary Lin at headquarters for Car Spa and he was absolutely no help at all. Long story dont buy their car wash packages. They totally lacking customer service at the car wash and headquarters is horrible also. You been warn. read more

I literally showed up here right at about 730, and it shows that they close at eight. They closed off the car wash, but as I'm leaving, they let another vehicle that was behind me, pull in through the car wash and go through. They literally told me that they were closed, and then let somebody else go. And there is still people vacuuming their vehicles. Oh, look at that. Someone else is going through, and they close in six minutes. read more

Been using for years. Only buy $7 wash becasue usually the rest of the addons never work. Like tire shine. Also we now have a female at the entry who is supposed to use the soft brush for the grill, windshield and back window. She cannot even lift the brush with the soap on it and does not brush the surfaces that should be done. read more

The guy working today took extra time to get as much of the bird poop off as possible (there was a lot) before the car went through the wash. When the power washer thing didn't get it all off he even took a sponge to it. I was expecting to have to scrub a lot of it off myself, but I barely had to do anything. Thanks!! read more

*FREE VACUUMS* I've been coming here for years. I have never had any issues and it's convenient. I have even gotten my inspection done here.

I specifically came to this location b/c they are open until 8pm, unlike the others, which all close at 7pm. The reason for this (my first) visit at this particular location was to get the double detail package, since I had cake icing melt onto my passenger seat, & spilled Frappuccino on my passenger floorboard. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the gray haired/bearded Caucasian gentleman informed me that this location does not have the facilities to offer detail packages, but he was helpful enough to advise me to apply baking soda to the Frappuccino spill, to keep it from souring/smelling. I was prepared to leave with my dirty pickup, when he peered in the passenger side window at the spill, & saw it was actually on the floorMAT, not the actual floorboard! So then he picked up the mat, took it, & shampooed & hosed down it for just a bit, & placed it in my truck bed at no charge! I was so amazed at this level of generosity of service! Then he recommended I hose it down & soak it in the shower a few more times until the water runs clear. When he saw my dog crate in the truck bed, HE EVEN INVITED ME TO COME BACK WITH MY DOG! I am so impressed with this level of service and friendliness, I can't wait to come back with my husband & try the self serve vacuums. When I called back later, he told me his name is Sean. This has actually been my FAVORITE visit to any Car Spa location, b/c Sean went above & beyond to help me, since they don't offer details, & b/c I didn't feel like he was trying to hustle me like they do at the Coit & Frankfort location. read more

The wash was $6 worth can't really complain. Would I go again ..yes. I did have a lil issue at the gate after I paid it made me wait a little longer than usual and then it asked me to call for an attendant. I am not sure what all that was about but other than that my truck got clean. I do like the fact that the two guys at the car wash wash your windshield and bumpers I guess that's a help a little pre treatment before the big wash. read more

I usually get their cheap $5 basic "run through" and my car is basically spotless outside. It's hot outside and I'm inside my air conditioned car, the machines do all of the work, and I'm happy. During one of my previous visits they gave me a $5 off coupon for their full service wash and detailing. So a couple of weeks ago I went to use that $5 off coupon and got the full deal. The run through was of course good. Nothing could possibly go wrong here. Then after exiting the wash I head over to the detailing bay and the guys get to work. Before I left for the waiting room, they ask me which air freshener they should use and I tell them "NEW CAR SMELL". The waiting area is pretty nice, restrooms, air conditioned, coffee and drink machines, tv, mags... it's a nice area. 15 Mins later I get back to my car, car looks spotless outside, interior is vacuumed, and almost dust free on all surfaces. The part where they go wrong is the air freshener that they use. I swear to god I think they all urinated in a spray bottle and called it their "New Car Smell." Mfers. The stench finally left my car. "New Car Smell" my ass. It smelled like dank cat piss for 2 weeks! If I go back to this location I'm gonna skip the Full Service and just stick to my cheapo $5 wash. read more

I recieve coupons for Car Spa almost weekly but don't always get to use them. I finally went today since my car was crying that I needed to get the dirt, grime and shaving cream off of it. Shaving cream was from all the fun times celebrating Laos new year at the various temples during the month of April. (I knew you'd wonder so I had to explain.) I always, always get the free bronze car wash. On a regular visit, this wash is only $5 but why pay when I get a coupon almost weekly? Sometimes they have coupons sitting on the counter at Wingstop down the plaza. Your car is pre-scrubbed by a guy and then it is pulled into the wash and scrubbed by the large, soft blue brushes with sudsy soap and then air dried. Mm-hmm. When you exit the wash, you can then drive over to the left and use, free of charge no matter what package you get, their strong vaccum cleaners. They have a hose on each side of the car so you don't have to stretch. It gets even better guys, they have clean hand towels for you to wipe down your car if you want. No need to bring your own towels. If you want, bring your own Armorall and spend a few more minutes wiping down the inside to make it sparkly clean and fresh. If you don't have that stuff at your disposal, well, walk on over to the vending machine and get you some. You don't have to use your own water, soap or electricity to clean your car . How awesome is that? Pretty awesome since I am such a cheapskate, er, I mean frugal. read more

Went to get my carwash after a while of not washing it, after we got out the wash and went to go dry it we noticed there was still bird droppings and bugs all in the front still and the manager, Ricardo, came and asked if everything was alright and I just told him that it still had all that stuff and he went to get a sponge and towel and wiped it off, Great service and thank you for taking care of that and also took care of shining my tires for me. today was one of the most disappointing services I've received. I'm a monthly pass holder for two vehicles here.I've never had issues with this place other than i need to constantly request tire shine. None the less every experience has been great and never had issues until today. So I'm done cleaning and drying my car and getting ready to ask for some tire shine as always. I see Jose walking away from the car wash area towards me. I politely asked him if i could get assistance with some tire shine. He acknowledged and kept walking towards the office area. 10 -15 minutes pass and I'm still waiting. I made the assumption he was busy so I go into the office where all of the gentleman servicing are. Now i understand since it's freezing today they're keeping warm as well. As I am entering i see this man just sitting around. He sees me and rushes to go grab the tire shine. Okay no issues right, so i asked him if he forget about me? He responded with i was in no rush to do this but i did it now and took care if you right? By surprise i replied with only because you saw me going to the office. Who hired this disrespectful person? Jose knows who i am and next time i see you best believe you'll understand what it is to take pride in your work and treat every custom with respect. Four months later i can say this place has made a serious change and the service now is always pleasant. Went there today around 5ish and did our normal car wash thing but since my truck was dirty I decided to upgrade and get the $13 wash. The guy that helped me decide was super nice and friendly. Went through was not satisfied but went ahead and did all the vacuuming and windows before I told someone. The young guy that initially helped me came and asked if I was satisfied and I told him no. He pointed out an elderly man and said to tell him and so I finished and drove over to him. He was working on a machine that seemed to be down. I asked him who was the person I need to talk to about my truck still being pretty dirty after I went through. He yelled at me that he couldn't do anything to help me because he was in the middle of doing something and was VERY RUDE. I told him that's not the way to talk to a customer and he said well of you WAIT TIL IM DONE ILL HELP YOU. At that point I was done. Sad to say. I've been coming here for over 10 years and never had an experience like this. He said he was the manager and his name was SEAN. Thanks for ruining my favorite car wash, SEAN. read more

I live close to this location and have used it several times since they have opened. Getting worse every time I go (which isn't much anymore). If I wanted to hear loud music (mix of different genres) while washing my car I would go to the self service ones. Plus people like to camp out and take forever detailing their cars/trucks. There should be a time limit. Dry, vacuum and leave/move to allow OTHER paying customers to do the same. If they want to detail their rides....go home or move to the parking lot next door. read more

Do NOT come to this location. Bad customer service. I had came to get my car washed on Sunday.. it rained/snowed on monday so i came to get the complimentary wash within 48hours of my original wash today on Tuesday and they said they dont do that and i was told wrong.. I spoke with the manager Manny and he was so unhelpful .. It was known that the man who originally told me about returning within 48hrs had told other people as well.. And yet, they could not honor my wash .. Complete bull. Waste of time. Plus you have to dry your own car.. I will not return. read more

Friendly and efficient. Bronze wash is all you really need to keep the exterior clean. The kind of wax express car washes apply don't do that much since they really need to be applied in their liquid paste form. You really need to let it haze up and then buff it out. Car wash wax doesn't allow enough time for this to take place. Besides that, the spray on wax has to applicable to various surfaces which lessens its efficacy. That's why the real deal cannot be applied to car trim. Look for their ad to save $5 off of their state inspection, which includes a Bronze wash too! Who can argue with free vacuums/drying towels. read more

Came in for an inspection and failed the first time for a malfunctioning turn signal causing my lights not to come on at times and some water in my headlight. The inspector walked me through the problems and gave great advice on how to take care of it without needing to go to the dealership and he was absolutely right. Came back a week later and passed!
