Starting the experience off terrible. The car wash itself was good, though. The only reason they're getting 3 stars instead of 1, though, is truly because of the people who hand towel dry your car. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Going the extra mile for a spot that the car wash left. The value and price isn't bad, but an awkward experience definitely breaks it!

The lines were usually so long that I never stopped because I didn't have all day to wait for my truck to be washed. Today, I happened to drive by and there was no line, so I decided to give them a try. I paid approximately $150 for what was advertised as a full interior and exterior detail. After checking in, my truck was parked for a hand wash, and after waiting a little over an hour, they brought it around, quickly dried it off, and told me it was finished. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the results. For $150, my truck was still noticeably dirty in several areas. The interior wasn't detailed to the level I expected, and the overall quality of the work felt rushed. For the same amount of money, I could have hired a mobile detailer who would have come to my home, shampooed the carpets, cleaned every surface thoroughly, and polished the wheels. The staff was friendly and courteous, and I appreciate that. However, friendly service doesn't make up for the lack of attention to detail. When someone pays $150 for a vehicle detail, they expect quality work and a clean vehicle when it's finished. Instead, I left feeling like I paid premium pricing for a rushed, half-completed job. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this car wash for detailing services. The value simply wasn't there for the price charged. **$150 is not worth what what the response from the business owner stated. To wash the outside super quickly dry it off and wipe a dashboard?? $150??? Yall must be insane. Absolutely not. Overall, it was a decent car wash with minimal complaints and I thought the way the blowdryers specifically adjusted to your car's height was pretty cool. I paid $25 for the best wash they had and was slightly disappointed to see that there was still plenty of dirt on my tires and the back of my car, so next time I probably won't get the best and pay that much for it to miss so much. They walked around giving free rear view mirror air freshness and that was pretty awesome. Overall I would come back!

While we had vacuumed and wiped things down some over the years (the baby years, toddler snacks, road trips, sports), it had not been detailed since BEFORE Covid. We took out the car seats and all of their trash and possessions that had been scattered in the car and I drove it down for a detail. Even with everything out of it, the car was filthy; granola specks, mud caked onto the seat that my daughter had taken off of her soccer cleats, spilled kids' drinks, and who knows what else. I did the full service everything and they miraculously made my car look like a brand new car inside within four hours. Yes, it took four hours, but the state of the car when I brought it in was shocking-- think Hoarders, kids' edition. The last hour of the cleaning I watched from their waiting area and I saw them shampoo, scrub, and vacuum my car over and over in that time. They magically made my car look AND smell brand new. The carpet-- spotless. The windows-- no more fog or fingerprints. The dash-- sparkling. I was so impressed! I will for sure be back and I will for sure not wait years between details.

He had it done quickly even though my vehicle posed a few problems for him to get it done in the fashion he thought it was going to be and I offered to pay him more money and he said no that was fine we'll get through this. Even so I tried to tip in $20 extra for the trouble he refused to take it and then he went around my car and for free took out every car being in both of my doors I thought that was so kind and I was so impressed that I didn't have to leave my car for a couple of days or feel ripped off by body mechanics who usually want to charge a female 3 to $500 for any kind of damage to their car. I totally trust this man.
