Needing some…read moretimothy hay pellets for my five rescue bunnies at home (and knowing that my usual LA feed shop would be closed when I arrived), I made a stop into this feed shop, which literally just opened up. While still in the process of getting the store fully stocked, I found just what I needed and the 50# bag of feed was priced really well! They will be selling curated vintage items and arts and craft items in the living room, the back rooms will have new and "gently used" tack. Soon they will have hay, which I also buy in flakes or sometimes a full bale. I met both co-owners who are helpful and friendly... and a gorgeous long-haired shepherd, who cI believe was working the register (see photo!). I was invited back to their grand opening celebration in early April. When in Morongo Valley, I'll definitely be back to load up on pellets and hay. Wishing this new business well!

Well, after the first night under 32 degrees, the photo speaks for itself. When I contacted the owners of Vintage, I only got excuses, and no help what so ever. If you are just an individual, be careful, as I know Vintage Nursery is a big Nursery in the Desert, and has many big clients. If I would have been a big client, I don't think they would have been blown me off like a strong Santa Ana Wind.

Today I bought in the lastest one that I bought that was dead and they flatly refused to give me a replacement plant. These last plants were bought in November. This woman refused to look at any of my 3 receipts. The lady at the desk was rude and refused to give me a replacement plant or any credit. The 30 years employee who always helps me stood there and was speechless and shook his ahead. With this lack of complete customer service I will never shop ever again at Vintage Landscaping. The lady did not care and I cannot recommend to anyone to buy anything at this business. I hope the owner(s) of this business reads this review so they will know what what 1 employee can do to ruin their reputation.

Plants may have generic differences, even if they are the same variety. It's called diversity in life. Plants are getting expensive but that's because there's not enough growers everyone in the business in growing older. Green Desert is probably the busiest nursery in the whole valley.

The woman behind the desk was very unfriendly and downright RUDE. She couldn't (or wouldn't) answer a single question about the flowers. She told me she had no one who could help me load 8 bags of dirt into the car. Eventually she did come up with a very nice young man who unfortunately spoke no English. She finally looked at me and said, "I'm just here to take your money." YES FOLKS THATS EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID. To which I replied that that was obvious. At least shes honest. She took my money and handed me a reciept without a smile or a thank you. Talk about getting screwed without a kiss. NEVER AGAIN
