As you can imagine, moving across the country with 3 little kids is already stressful as it is, but they made the moving part much easier on us. I worked with Geraldine for the initial virtual walkthrough to get an estimate of the costs. She was amazing. They have a local moving company in San Diego that they work with. On moving day, the movers came and picked up our stuff and put them into 4 wooded crate containers. We opted for the crate containers because we needed to put our stuff in storage while we shopped for a house in CT. They drove our stuff out to Newtown, CT where they put our items in storage. From the on, I worked with Kyla on billing and let her know when we were ready to have our items delivered to the new house (about 2-3 months later). We paid for a portion of the bill upon pickup of our items and then the remainder upon delivery. We also paid a monthly fee for few months of storage. The overall communication with the company has excellent. The movers on both sides were great. Roberto, our lead delivery person (2 guys) that delivered our items were great as well. They were quick and asked to make sure where things should go. Absolutely recommend for local and long distance moves! They made it much easier to move cross country!

We called Anthony Augliera Inc knowing it was a shot in the dark - our last moving company was no longer in business (bad sign?) so we pursued this new (to us) company. Much to our delight they sent a guy out to the house BEFORE we moved so we could get an accurate quote. He was very professional and courteous and gave us a respectable qoute. So moving day come and the company tells us the movers will be there between 8-8:30am so I would expect to realistically see the movers at 9-10am lol. Didn't happen - they showed up at exactly 8am with 5 guys and 2 trucks. They worked their butts off and was so respectful of our belongings. They were polite and strong and had great senses of humor. They packed and wrapped our stuff as if it were their own. They did the move in a timely matter and charged me wayyy under the quote. Use these guys and with a little luck you'll get the crew I had. Ray...the guy is unbelievable and does Tetris with packing a truck. Then there's Chris who is a GREAT guy who is not afraid to work and also took all my Dad jokes with a smile. Eric is a hard working guy with a constant smile and a kind heart. Dale was a packing pro and a hard worker. Can't forget Jordan who was a superstar running up and down the stairs with a few hundred pounds in his hands and an incredible personality. Donell (probably butchering the spelling of his name) a hard worker and quiet guy but not as quiet as Mike who worked and worked and got the job done. I can't recommend this moving company enough.

We reserved online and she helped us when we got to the site on Wilson Avenue. She showed us where the unit was and told us all the helpful information about the facility. We moved in a couple of days later and Melissa was there and was very helpful. Since this is the first time using this storage company we were a bit nervous but Melissa was incredibly helpful. Moving is such a ridiculously stressful pain in the...ah...neck, but after my first phone call with Tom Gleason, I knew I chose the right company. I was all over the place with the dates I needed for drop off, for moving... but Tom worked with me and even threw in some humor that helped me maintain sanity throughout the process. He didn't run from my craziness, he accommodated my craziness. I'd like to think he may have actually even liked my craziness. Maybe that's too presumptuous of me. Anyway, we need more Toms around. The 20' unit we rented was perfect. The driveway drop off locations were perfect. I spoke with 2 of the drivers on the phone and met one for the final pickup just now (at 7:15am. Nice! When Tom says he'll have it picked up first thing ... he ain't kiddin!). Everyone I spoke with or met is super nice & friendly. Makes a difference when you're having to deal with all the stresses of moving. Oh. The pod itself! Probably shouldn't leave that out of the review. The pod was great too. Tons of rain (I'm talkin torrential downpours) while we had it and not a drop inside the thing. Use this company. Excellent customer service, great product & reasonable prices. A trifecta. There are Air Fresheners all over the place trying to disguise the smell but only make it worse. It is freezing cold in the winter and sweating hot in the summer inside, especially on the second floor. I have found it warmer outside than it is on the inside during the winter. Its more humid inside than outside during the summer, and naturally in the summer the smell gets worse. There is no climate control. If it rains the parking lot is unusable unless you have a canoe. In the winter time bring ice skates. The elevator is a disaster, it is constantly broken down. The staff are kinda of rude and creepy. This whole place should be condemned. So if you don't want to keep things of value than this is the place for you.
