Mister RV passed the test. I had Paul and Don trouble shoot an electrical issue I was having on the house side of my Leisure Travel RV. I think it tool Paul about 4 hours to trace it down, never gave up ( but he said he was close to ) and finally found the issue in an obscure location underneath the belly of the RV. I found Mister RV to be nice, fair and good folks to deal with. I'll be back I suspect and glad to take the 45 minute drive to Portland.

Thought I'd was made out of the material used to spray truck beds and I needed a new rook. The roof is a factory fiberglass roof. They didn't even repair the hole they cut in my fiberglass roof. The leak was in the slide and not the main roof. Took it back home, fixed it myself. I'll never go back. If they can't even identify a fiberglass roof, they have no business trying to troubleshoot or repair a roof!

I have a 2012 Coachman Mirada that had a few issues I wanted to get fixed before our summer vacation. My electric entry steps had failed and I had a drain pipe broken under my shower. Talking to the service tech, he also recommended braided extensions for my wheels to make it easier for me to fill the tires when needed. I order these parts and had them installed while they had the RV there. The steps and drain pipe were part of the extended warranty and Dover RV worked with Good Sam to get those items taken care of. They called me in just over a week after Good Sam processed everything and all the work was completed! I am truly happy to have an RV shop that I can trust right here local. This is a great shop that is also convenient for anyone staying in LBL and the surrounding area. I think this is also the best bet for anyone living in Clarksville, TN. The only other options for you in Clarksville is Camping World of Nashville or Bowling Green. Read my other reviews and save yourself the headache of dealing with Nashville.
