The paint jobs were done lazily and i could see the flaw's at night ( looked like 97 cent krylon from wal-mart ). Get your body work done elsewhere. Here's what happened, this place picked up my car from flying J in Franklin KY. ( were I parked they called it abandoned ). Well I was in 3 days after it was taken to there lot. Well upset as most people would be about unexpected bills and no way to know how much they are I was not pleasant on the phone and they weren't helpful either not knowing how long they had it. After I found a ride to there shop I called back to say I was on my way to get my truck and he said he didn't have to come in until Monday because that's when the office opens again. Of coarse that meant there would be 2 more days storage fees. His hours on here are 24 as you can clearly see. The Portland police even said they can't help and make them come in so I can recover my property either ( taken without my permission I might add ). After learning how railroaded I was, I called back and said are you coming or not, and he said he would be there in 45 minutes ( and said nothing of fees for opening on Saturday over the phone, whats worse 2 more days storage fees or your fee for opening on the weekend stupid ). Well about an 75 to 90 minutes later and 45 minutes to an hour of waiting in there parking lot ( I was 15 minutes early , i wish i could have charged him detention for being late ) they showed up, in 3 classic cars like they had been out at a car show and I can just wait, screw the customer ( unfortunately I had to pay to get my car so now I'm am the customer right ). He wouldn't even cut me any slack on storage fee's either, I asked about moral compasses and he said I must be talking about flying J, and I said you don't have to charge me all your fee's, to which he arrogantly said he stored it for me, to which I said I didn't ask you to and that sure put a sock in his ignorant mouth! I will never use any companies like this one if I can help it. Thanks for reading and have a nice day.

My husband and I started looking for a used Prevost bus conversion (motor home) and found Bus For…read moreSale on the internet. We traveled a long way to check out some of their buses. They are just north of Nashville TN, which is about a three day drive from our home state. The owner, John, and his son, Cullin, made us feel welcome and did not pressure us to hurry with our many questions. They fed us lunch as well--several different days, since we were there three times before we bought our bus. They were helpful and up-front about every bus we were interested in, including supplying an inspection sheet of needed work and test driving several. They did try to make sure we understood what we were getting into if we purchased an older used bus because they do need ongoing upkeep. My husband has been a semi truck owner/operator in the past so that is helpful. We purchased our 1989 Prevost Marathon XL coach in late April 2016 and had them do some needed work for us before we let the lot. Their mechanics spent time with my husband making sure he understood what work they were doing and allowed him to see everything being done. They went out of their way to help us get everything ready to head down the road. The office staff were so friendly and did a great job with the paperwork and permits. They even assisted to get the previous owner's manuals and service records shipped in for us. They referred us to several business so we could purchase a car trailer to tow behind. We left their business feeling like we have friends there now and that we can call to ask questions if the need arises. They are professional in all they do. We highly recommend Bus For Sale. - Larry and Arlee Coppinger

Everything started off pretty rocky, but it's my fault because I wasn't being understanding of the situation at hand. Instead of coming out last night, he told me he'd be here at 6:30 this morning. I woke up and looked out my windows and didn't see him, and at this point, he had already been working on my trailer for an hour and was almost done. I was frustrated in the beginning, but being out here with him today and him assessing all of my other little issues that came about after fixing a trailer valve, I feel bad that I doubted this guy. This guy is super knowledgeable, and he keeps parts on his truck, that most other companies, even the bigger truck stops don't keep for roadside assistance. I'll admit, at first I didn't feel comfortable with him doing the work after how our conversation started, but now I'm glad he's here. I don't know what he charges, because I have a company owned trailer, and they pay the bill! Give this guy a shot, he's not as bad as the other reviews. That's why I'm making it five star. PREDATORY PRICING!!…read more Asked for a quote to do a spark plug insert. They called, and initially tried to sell a new or reman head, not recommending the FACTORY Ford fix. I personally did the repair on the cylinder necessary, but followed up with asking for a quote to fix the rest. Was quoted almost double the dealer fix, with stipulations that I provide the parts and sealants necessary. STAY AWAY!!! Half the phone call was telling me not to trust other people in the Clarksville area because they're incompetent. I think homie needs to look in the mirror if he thinks he can charge almost double without providing anything but labor. Got a quote from a different mobile mechanic in Clarksville (with good reviews) to do a preventative insert repair for the remaining 7 cylinders for less than the cost of one single cylinder from Free Agent. I rarely post a review, but felt it necessary to warn anyone considering this company. Would give zero stars if I could. Edit: to address this laughable attempt to save face, going to respond point by point. 1. dealerships absolutely guarantee their work. Part of the reason to consider the dealer instead of some idiot mobile mechanic. 2. Your pricing is predatory bc you spent almost 20 minutes on the phone call telling me not to trust anyone else. Someone scared of losing their only vehicle may fall for this trap, it's unethical and a terrible business tactic. 3. Yes you work in the elements like anyone else who CHOOSES to do so. You can't charge more for having to deal with weather. Let alone not bringing tools, parts, sealants, anything but your hands. I did the job outside in the weather perfectly fine, no one is giving me any accolades for doing so. 4. Mobile mechanics have always charged less, that's the draw to use you instead of dealers. 5. Suggesting / insisting on a new head may give more assurance that the repair is solid, but is not necessary without attempting an insert, as that is THE FACTORY FIX. If you are too incompetent to do the job, just admit that. 6. To call yourself the Ferrari of mobile mechanics with one yelp review (probably from a family member or friend) is the best joke I've heard all year.

Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable and thorough! Usually responds immediately and will come to…read moreyou if needed.
