The lawnmower was not available in store and I chose to have it delivered and assembled at the store. Tony at customer service was great. He kept me informed on when it was delivered and the status of the assembly. I scheduled a time with Tony to pick it up and when I arrived he and another Lowe's employee brought it to my trailer and loaded it on for me. Tony and the others at customer service made my purchase enjoyable from start to finish, better service than I could have asked for.

This is the first negative review I have posted about Lowe's. In approximately 24 years, my husband and I have owned three homes. Each got new kitchens and laundry and we nearly always used GE. I have never called for help with a GE warranty- nor have I ever returned a major appliance. We bought a brand new 4.5 cu. ft. no frills GE washer on 4/6/25. After 5 weeks it died. GE has a 13 month old "concierge appliance service" called Bodewell. I called them and they said they have no technicians near us- North Jersey is the most densely populated state, But it seems like nobody wants to repair appliances for "Bodewell". But they got a third party company who sent a repairman from 3 hours away. Since Rt. 80 fell into a seven story deep chasm, there were delays. They refused to let me switch to someone closer. So, 4/6/25 we pick up a brand new machine. 5/14/25 it breaks. We work from home, there was no problem with appointments. 5/16, 5/19 and 5/26 The repairman came and replaced latch assembly, water pump and main board and relay, plus disassembling to make sure the filler tube wasn't clogged due to a known manufacturing defect. The repairman said that three tries was the limit, call up GE. I did over and over and they kept telling me they were emailing me. Finally, somebody discovers they have misspelled my email even though they had used it successfully for weeks. They also refused to return calls even though I told them I wasn't getting emails. Bodewell said they had zero evidence a repairman had been there 3x. The third party service provider assured us that they keep getting parts from GE for this machine- I have each one here with serial numbers and model numbers! Even the boxes with labels! Bodewell told me to chase down the repairman to chase down his boss instead of handling it because they had made the arrangements. Long story short, I took it out of the basement because I had been told they would take it back. They told me I would have to reinstall it in my basement down all the steps AGAIN because they wanted to try to fix it a fourth time. I wasn't concerned because I have never had a problem like this with GE. I felt pretty sure that when they found out how glitchy the process was, that I spent $250 on laundromats, $300 on a new used washer, $80 on a truck rental not to mention how sick with hemolytic anemia as I am through all of this... GE said they will not permit a return and return my money. I must accept the new washer as a replacement, and no they do not promise better service in the future. They didn't even think it was a problem. LOWE'S WILL NOT HAVE YOUR BACK. LOWE'S WILL ALLOW AN ABUSIVE DISORGANIZED MANUFACTURER TO SUBJECT YOU TO MORE OF THE SAME. LOWE'S DOES NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU PRESENT EVIDENCE OF 8 HOURS ON THE PHONE, OVER 30 EMAILS, PHOTOS OF THE PARTS LEFT BEHIND AS EVIDENCE THE WASHER WAS JUNK.

Dropped off my Dyson stick vacuum and told him that a little red piece snapped off and needed to be replaced. He told me he'd look into it. I asked him to call me if he couldn't get the part. I DID NOT ASK HIM TO CLEAN THE VACUUM AND RETURN IT, NEVER FIXING THE PROBLEM THAT I BROUGHT IT THERE FOR! I was shocked when I got there, and then the scary way he talked to me. He is very disrespectful. It didn't end there. To add insult to injury, he was nasty when I asked why the pieces weren't replaced. He said he couldn't get it. So, I asked him why he would clean a vacuum that needed repair. He nastily told me he'd have no problem selling it if I didn't want to pay him the $69. His attitude took me aback, and he cleaned a vacuum that was not repaired, which I cannot use because, without the red clip, it's almost impossible to get it back together after emptying it. I WOULD RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE. I tried to remain calm, but couldn't believe how much I was taken advantage of. I know it's $69, BUT IT'S THE PRINCIPAL OF THE MATTER!

Dan politely advised me what I did incorrectly and he did not charge me for his time. I am so pleased that we have such an upstanding businessperson right here in Hackettstown! I have no reservations about recommending him. As to Lisa J., it appears as though Dan was being honest with you as well.

I needed my washer repaired and I asked for recommendations from my friends and clients at work. I called them for service with confidence but to my disappointment it was a disaster. First time the technician came out after a Quick Look at the machine and I mean really quick he said it was the belt and he would order one and that my hose was also leaking and would need to be replaced. Second time coming he went to replace belt and said oh looks like the pulley is bad and also needs to be replaced. Why he didn't know this the first time was beyond me but whatever I said okay and he was going to order one and be back to replace it Third time out he came to finally replace the parts and no more laundromat for me as a family of five was great 540 dollars later new parts and replaced hoses he leaves. While doing laundry I notice water around the washer and call them to come out again two weeks later to take another look and see why... well the drum has a few holes in it from the belt and pulley the technician missed again he looks up the part to now order another part oh no the part is discontinued and no longer available. He looks at me and says sorry we can not fix your machine again he says sorry wish I had noticed it beforehand but we can't do anything else for you and leaves that's it 540 dollars later for nothing and I have to go out and buy a new one When I called and talked to the company to complain that the technician should have spent more time the first visit and seen all the problems and informed us it couldn't be fixed before we spent 540 for nothing They just said sorry for the inconvenience and we can refund you 200 dollars for your inconvenience. The end ... I have a hard time giving a 1 star but I would not recommend this company to anyone . This was a very frustrating experience and don't want anyone else going threw it
