The sauna is awesome and it gets super HOT... Great to de-stress after a long day unless you work nights because due to Covid they need to cut the hours to force the residents to exercise together during the day which I am not sure how that prevents the disease, but alas. I am sure the owners are smarter than me about infectious diseases in regards to gym hours. Also, this apartment is gun friendly. If you have high powered guns with armor piercing bullets to protect your apartment then this is totally a place I would consider living. The front desk staff was nice enough to put me on the list for a new refrigerator after the top got soo hot it turned my apple juice into wine and exploded. I mean if they didn't provide me a defective fridge where the door does not close then how else would I learn you can make wine from apple juice. Pretty neat. Also, If your a new resident like myself then you can expect to pay wayy more for rent than your neighbors in the exact same units. I always love my neighbors making jokes about my jacked up rent for the exact same type of unit. I am pretty sure the chemical smell that won't leave my apartment isn't interfering with my brain activity or causing cancer as I write this review. It kinda smells nice if you like your appartment smelling like a meth lab... Kidding I have no idea what Meth smells like, but I would immagine it can't be worse that the smell. With all that said I feel quite at home at Amber Chase Appartments and love the wonderful front desk staff Xavious and Kawani.

this review is going to be lengthy, but i beg you, please read in its entirety…read more 100 South NOT Luxury Apartments- This complex is disgusting. It's full of STRAY cats, the trash is always full, valet barely comes to pick up the trash. You still get charged for it. I resided here from March 2024 - May 2025. Management changed a good 4 times during that time. When I signed the lease and paid my deposit, I wasn't allowed to do a "walk through" for the apartment because they claimed it wasn't ready. UPON MOVING IN THEY HAD TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AND FIX SEVERAL THINGS. The apartment manager at the time also sent me and email of a complaint of "marijuana". When I confronted her via email and in PERSON, I let her know the 4 building smelled like that ALL THE TIME. And I let her know I didn't appreciate her blaming the "new tenant". In the email, it stated they were going to do a "surprise walk through", when I mentioned to her I HOPE SHE WAS INSPECTING ALL OF 4 BUILDING AND NOT JUST MY APARTMENT" her tone changed quickly. Lastly, the walk through never even happened. I felt racially profiled, and that should have been the very first red flag. Don't even worry about purchasing a reserved parking spot, people will park in your spot. When you call their "tow company" nobody ever respond nor comes out to handle the issue. My ring doorbell had to be replaced because of the previous tenant still being logged in. This was a privacy issue for me, and they eventually ordered me a new ring camera to set up. My keypad to the front door also did not WORK PROPERLY, that had to be switched out as well. They claim the apartment was renovated... nothing in there had renovations. I am just utterly disgusted and disappointing. Several people make complaints to them, but they'll avoid the tenants, never answer emails nor calls back to follow-up. Car break-ins were a huge thing. As much money as I paid, there should have been a security officer patrolling the neighborhood. From the time I moved in March 2024, until I left maintenance had to come to my apartment SEVERAL TIMES. Do NOT stay on their first floor either, (please see attached pictures) my kitchen sink flooded every other month while staying here. Bobby? their foreman, did nothing but put drano down the drain, no further actions were taken. I was promised that a camera would be put down my drain to see what was causing the flooding IT NEVER HAPPENED. I even called cooperate, they didn't CARE EITHER.

ABSOLUTE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX KNOWN TO MAN!! STRAY FAR AWAY!!! My spouse and I have lived in…read morethis apartment for 16 months, thinking this is a great place to start our lives. On the day they showed us around, they didn't show us the room that we were going to pay for because they claimed that it was under "renovations". After paying the $300 security deposit and getting the keys, not even to the right apartment room, but to another, because they claimed that the room that we paid for had been flooded by the upstairs neighbor, which I came to find out they use every single time for each person, so they can put you in wherever they really want you. In a room that's moldy, dirty, full of roaches, and completely busted, and claim that we did every piece of damage. After complaining to them about everything, they say that it's on us and that once moved in, it's our problem. So, my fiancé and I cleaned and left this place completely spotless before the move-out date. just for them to charge us over $230 for damages and late fees, even though we paid everything on time, as well as before we left, which is the same amount of money we spent to fix everything they had left from previous renters. We have absolutely had it with this place and all the BS that they are feeding a bunch of families who need homes. SO, if you're looking for a place to stay for some time or even start a family, stay far away from Colton Creek. They are just money-hungry and just plain rude. If I could give it a negative, I would.

I prayed for the day my lease ended. I had to fight with the property staff because a former employee had put my lease end date in the system wrong and they tried to say it was my fault. Never move here. Move literally anywhere else. So many better places to live than this bottom of the barrel complex.

***January 2026 review***…read more Note: This review is cross-posted on Google. Because some things have improved. I actually give the Argento a 2.75 stars which is an increase for me. However Yelp doesn't do half stars or 3/4 stars so I rounded down. - I'm a current resident, having lived here since July 2024. In that time, there has been a complete staff turnover in the front office at least three times, including the Courtesy Officer. The current staff has been here less than 6 months, with one or two exceptions. Note: Your experience will vary. Mine is not indicative of every residents' experience or observation. Under new management: PROS -Regular pest control -Maintenance is responsive -Finally getting a handle on overflowing trash in the Trash & Recycling center. At least, it hasn't been overflowing the three times I've walked my trash over. CONS -Communication, specifically responses to calls and emails, is **severely** lacking. Seriously, it's terrible. There should be a dedicated staff person for checking and responding to these. ONGOING issues #1 - Fire alarms. These go off on a semi-regular basis. I don't know if they're being tripped or a malfunction. All I know is Henry County Fire Department probably hates us by how often they are called. In January 2026 alone there were three incidents: two at the clubhouse and one at Building 6 (I think that's the number) #2 - Weed smoke. Per the Argento lease, the property is smoke-free BUT enforcement and accountability is hella lax to non-existent. Management will just send "a lil email" but that's it. Because of that, folks are downright disrespectful about it. Smoke, cigarette or weed, travels between apartments. If you smoke, everyone around you knows. Seriously, I have a neighbor who sits on their balcony and smokes when the weather is warm. #3 - Noise. For me, this has gotten better but it was less due to enforcement but more people moving in. My neighbors didn't care if they were disrupting me, even when I tried to address them vs call the Courtesy Officer, but the minute more people moved in, that abruptly changed. TIPS #1 - If you are a resident OR decide to become one, address issues via EMAIL. This starts a paper trail of your attempts to address issues. For example, I kept all my emails and forwarded them to the Regional Contact for the property. Their contact info is on the Sterling Group management website. I had an extra charge on my account for which I had proof that it was an error. Within two hours, the regional contact got things moving with staff after me trying unsuccessfully for several weeks on my own. Paper trail can also be used if you wanna report any issues on a state level. #2 - Recommend familiarizing yourself with your Argento lease, the Georgia Landlord-Tenant Handbook, and state resources such as the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division or the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity. Know your rights and your options. #3 - Fire alarms going off doesn't automatically mean the fire department will come. You'll need to call 911 to get them to come out, investigate, and shut it off. Ask me how I know...at least on three separate occasions in the time I've lived here, I was the one calling. - Some folks may ask: why do you stay? In this economy, moving is costly and not everyone, including myself, can afford to move at the drop of a hat. So instead, I choose to stay and demand that any place where I live, lives up to their contract. If that means I gotta be the annoying, persistent resident that aggravates the staff...welp, so be it. I pay too much money to live here to be treated any kind of way. Do what you will. You can find my ongoing reviews of Argento on Yelp. I like to periodically write these so people get a full sense, over time, what it's like to live here.

This place is about as trashy as "luxury" can get. They obviously don't have a cleaning service,…read morebecause the move-in state of their apartments are disgusting, not to mention the damages they seem to not want to fix. They also have incompetent staff that cannot seem to operate their own system, and forgets to send documents or fix problems related to rent a lot. The manager is rude and refuses to fix problems at their source, and instead tries to push them off and makes smart remarks about them to tenants. The pool has been closed for half the summer. Their trash is always backed up at the compactor. The entire complex smells heavily of marijuana. The tenants speed through the complex in their vehicles. The combination of the less than appetizing atmosphere, the filth and damages of the "ready to move in" apartments, and constant "problems with the system" trying to overcharge for rent, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. It's a headache that smells. DO NOT MOVE HERE, unless your standards are in hell.
