Hadekel is an authentic Israeli spot where the locals go! If you're looking for refreshing ice cold drinks, Israeli salad, and real good food I would come here. I got the Shuk breakfast which had a tasty spread of pickles, tahini, grape leaves (yum), crispy fresh bread, eggs, and stuff I don't know the name to haha. Limonana was refreshing af with sweet mint, rose water, and lemonade. The Ziva was a delicious fluffy puff pastry stuffed with spinach and feta. I'm definitely coming back to get the other goodies such as pita sabich with amba sauce, shakshuka... and basically everything else on the menu. I highly recommend you come here. It's also near aventura mall so you can shop and walk it off after :)

Food here is healthy, modern and delicious. I had the shak for two and the salmon shawarma tahini bowl. Both were great, and I highly recommend trying here.

Food was absolutely sensational. Great service and the staff is very welcoming making you feel at home. Vibe was A+. The best breakfast / brunch spot in Miami. If you're a sabich fan I highly recommend ordering it. Will definitely be trying the shakshuka which I heard great things about next time.

This place has the best borekas and pastries I've had in soflo. Came in a few weeks ago and we wish we would've come sooner. Such a cute place in Aventura with seating inside and outside. The service was amazing, and they were super helpful and accommodating. Their choices of food is excellent and we want to go back and try them all. This time we came in just for a snack and ordered some borekas and pastries with a latte. The latte was excellent and they used great quality coffee and milk. The pastries were flaky, rich, and delicious. I loved the chocolate pastry I tried the most, as well as their peanut butter scone. The borekas we got had kashkaval cheese in it, which I haven't seen in florida! It was amazing, with the perfect texture and blend of cheese to add flavor We will be back to try more :)

This place is really wonderful. It opened in November and was slammed by Covid, so now they're getting they're getting their chance to shine. They also own Foozo, and they're next door. The food is delicious. I had the quinoa salad and thoroughly enjoyed it. The kubaneh was spectacular. You have to order it in advance and I highly recommend you do.

I first found out about this place from a friends Instagram, who shared pics of her burekas sandwich she had ordered from here, and I couldn't believe she had such authentic looking Israeli food in Miami! The glowing reviews from her (and from what I read online) led me to have Hadekel 1 on my list for months, and finally made the long drive from where I live a few days ago. Showed up at 8 am (google maps said it opened then, but it didn't actually open until 8:30), and found an unassuming, small bakery and cafe. Was a bit disappointed about the wait but decided to stick it out after already making it out to Aventura and I'm so glad we did! The servers were really friendly when we entered and very patient as we were trying to decide amongst all the delicious options. We ended up getting a breakfast plate (which you can customize)! For example, you can even choose the eggs to be shakshuka, so we ordered the green shakshuka (which was delish) and the bread we chose in this platter was homemade challah (I'm picky about challah, since I make a pretty great one on my own and I found it INCREDIBLE). The breakfast platter came with the traditional spread of cheeses and dips you'd get in a traditional breakfast plate in any cafe in Israel, and it felt like I was traveling back there! I had tahini masabacha for breakfast with pita which was also delish and tasted just like hummus from Israel. My brother got a pita with an egg frittata and loved it too. We all took rugelach home and LOVED them too. If you're looking for authentic Israeli baked goods and cafe items in Miami I highly recommend Hadekel 1! I will be back!

I loved the roses throughout the property--they added such a beautiful touch. We only ordered the affogatos, but wow, they were delicious. The vanilla gelato was smooth and flavorful, and the espresso shot was rich and perfectly balanced. At $11, it felt a bit pricey, but I would absolutely order it again. The space is absolutely beautiful ~ roses everywhere, elegant decor, and very Instagrammable from the moment you walk in. One thing that stood out, however, was a very strong scent sprayed in the hallway upon entry. My friend, who is sensitive to strong smells, felt sick afterward. It didn't linger heavily at the table, but for anyone sensitive to fragrance, this could definitely be an issue. As for the food, our Eggs Benedict initially came out overcooked, but our server Jonathan A. handled it perfectly. He immediately took it back, asked the chef to remake it, and the second round was spot on. Great recovery and attentive service on his part. I ordered a hazelnut cappuccino, not realizing that cinnamon lettering would be added on top. I personally don't tolerate cinnamon, so I removed the foam and didn't say anything, but this might be something for management to consider ~ asking guests beforehand would be appreciated. Overall, the service was good, valet is offered upon arrival, and the ambiance is lovely. While it didn't completely blow my mind, it's still a beautiful spot with solid service. All things considered, I'd honestly give it 4 stars and would return, especially for the atmosphere.

I can't understand the logic and would think it would help a business. Wouldn't a more reasonable approach be to limit time guests are allowed to stay or to put a minimum spend if the concern is loitering? Maybe While also reinforcing loud conversations or cell phone use isn't allowed? Perhaps there's something I'm missing here. Besides that, both meals I've had here were meh. The service was non existent and cold, dismissive. I don't believe the server, a woman, spoke a word to me. I walked in, she came over and gave me a menu. I flagged her over to place my order, still no words, and had to flag her over to ask for water. The meek portion of soup was bland with an over powerful taste of cilantro with an unbalanced taste of quinoa with a few shreds of chicken. Upon finishing the soup, she cleared table, without words, didn't ask if I wanted anything else nor provided the check and my water was empty. I stayed awhile, wondered if I'd get a check or there was something else I was expected to do which I figured out after the man at another table went to the desk to pay. Being a local, I'd love to enjoy this experience but I'm not sure how this place keeps its doors open if this is what the experience is like. The only extra star is for the true feel of a cafe and ambiance but that's all I can speak for.

There are not many of these stores around in South Florida but this is one of them. I am a huge Nespresso fan. I have convinced many people to buy Nespresso and I usually buy my pods on the Nespresso website but today I got to experience the physical location. The store may seem tiny, but it actually has a ton of character throughout. The walls are decorated with very nice tones that feel very inviting. Once you are inside, there is a barista booth where they offer a variety of different Nespresso flavors to try from both Nespresso pod versions. They have so many different flavors to try and you can get it with milk creams sugars you name it. It's a very nice touch to be able to sample a pod you were considering buying, but weren't sure how it would taste. I definitely have tried some pods in the past I did not like so this opportunity allowed me to experiment with a pod that I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a sleeve of. I tried the festive limited edition flavor, and I loved it. So much so that I bought two sleeves of that pod after I tried it. In total, our order had 10 sleeves of pods which we were given three additional sleeves free for Black Friday weekend. Seven of those sleeves were mine as I drink Nespresso every single day whether I'm at home on my Nespresso machine or at work on my Nespresso machine. I actually can't wait to go back. I will have to visit the Aventura Mall just to buy more Nespresso pod sleeves. Hopefully these sleeves will last me a few months, so I won't have to be back too soon. I would have not bought the gingerbread or the festive holiday until I tried it. It was so delicious that it was worth buying! So warm and definitely festive. The employee was so helpful that she informed me of the sale that they were having. I purchased 8 sleeves which include 10 pods inside and then you get 3 sleeves free. I am stocked up for now, but I will return again in the future when I need more Nespresso flavors and pods.
