My friend and I stopped into Grand Café Aventura for a post-Pilates brunch, and it was such a pleasant experience. The place has a relaxed vibe that hits perfectly after a good workout. I ordered the Salmonini, which was a standout smoked salmon, capers, and whipped cream cheese all pressed panini-style on a bagel. It came with a fresh side salad, and I added a side of shaved feta that paired really nicely with everything. My friend had the omelet wrap, which comes with their homemade pesto and a salad as well. She really enjoyed it, especially the pesto. Drink-wise, she went with an iced latte while I had a cappuccino, and both were solid and served quickly. Grand cafe is NOT so "grand" after all. If I could give it a negative one hundred (- 100), that is what I would rate them. I went there early on Sunday to purchase croissants. they had nothing!!! Except rugula, danish and I was told, borekas. I purchased 2 cheese danishes and 1 rugula. All were put in a bag. When I got home, the danishes were super tiny, burned on the outside and uncooked on the inside. The rugula was equally tiny and bad. My guess is that they reheated whatever junk they had left over and sold it to me. I reached out to them by email and never received a response. I guess their lack interest in their reputation reflects in their interest in serving their customers good (or at least) decent food. I have a photo but I am unable to upload. read more

I was very disappointed with the food and then when I got the bill I was even more shocked. I ordered the toast with tuna. I got it on an Israeli bagel First off the quality of the tuna they use is horrible. Second the bagel want toasted and the cheese wasn't melted. There was hardly any tuna or cheese on the bagel. I ordered French fries on the side. When I got the check I saw that a side of French fried is 9.95 That's a rip off! 9.95 for a side of fries!! My total with tip for this breakfast was $34. I will never come back here I have no problem spending money when it's worth it But I do have a problem with getting ripped off. read more

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFETIME. From beginning to very end, the service was horrific and basically non-existent...which is a shame because the food is actually pretty good. Servers are on the very low end of the intelligence spectrum. They spectacularly ruined, actually *butchered*, the birthday dessert surprise I had planned for my husband by planning it loudly in front of him, bringing out half of the dessert while we were still eating appetizers and then quickly running it back (but he already saw it) and then to top it all off they handed him the dinner check with all the birthday desserts on the bill BEFORE they brought it out...which they didn't even serve at the end. I didn't know this level of incompetence was a thing. Besides for that, waited 20 minutes for glasses of water. Had to ask 5 times. We had to physically get up and look around for extra forks and sharing plates because they didn't bring enough when we asked several times. All of this and no apology or an ounce of remorse from a single person in the establishment. Just snorts and snickers and blaming the customer. They ended up charging for 4 desserts that they never served. We had to argue with them to give the money back. What a nice birthday dinner. read more

Nothing much has changed since the name change (and of course ownership) of Aroma Café to Grand Café. Maybe, maybe service has improved a little bit . Food quality is OK, presentation is OK, but the menu is boring, unimaginative and typical. Atmosphere is inexistent. I wish them the best but somehow there's got to be something to crave or to make you go to a restaurant or Café and I cannnot find anything of this sort at Grand Café. read more

Pasta dishes are excellent. The hummus platter is comparable to Israel, having been there multiple times I can truly say that this is the best place to get hummus in soflo. Pairs reallllly well with Motek pita bread. Fresh squeezed OJ is a must. Their bakery is quite good as well, ranging on the more sticky/gooey side vs the soft puffy pastry's one can find in NY/Nj. Overall- 9/10. Ambience is beautiful, outdoor and indoor seating. Plenty of parking as well. Across the street from a few other kosher/jewish stores, making this a perfect spot if you have a large family that doesn't always agree on where to eat. Servers are polite, friendly and welcoming. Smoking is permitted outside so along with your $8 croissant you can enjoy the smell of cigarette smoke wafting from the adjacent table. A one-star cafe. I visited this place and discovered it had changed from Aroma Cafe to the Grand Cafe, which is located off of Miami Gardens Drive. It is a Kosher cafe. I discovered that they did not serve tea, did not provide wifi, and did not make Waffles. The Service was terrible and they make you pay a required tip for that lousy service. We had five different servers. We asked one for more ketchup and they did not care or get it for us. I had to bother the manager to get a packet of ketchup. No one greeted us, no one told us about the menu, and no one provided basic service. All they wanted was the mandatory tip. The food was tasteless to boot. read more

I had the best experience here! They had plenty of staff who were all very accommodating and friendly! The food was amazing and came very quickly , the restaurant had the cutest decor , and I loved that there was the option for indoor and outdoor seating (both of which were very spacious).
