They' were tender and full of flavor. Also ordered the Asian Salad. Not a huge fan of it because of the Kale but overall the components were tasty and the dressing was amazing. Went to this little spot on Brickell for Sunday brunch. It was crowded but we were seated relatively quick. We choose to eat inside due to the mid-day heat. This proved to be a mistake on our part. We should have sat outside where there was a breeze. Seems the restaurant didn't have air conditioning. After a while I noticed everyone inside was fanning themselves Now onto the food... I had the pastelito pancakes, 2 eggs and a grilled chicken breast. Everything was cooked properly and tasted good. My beautiful date had the chicken chilaquiles which was also very good. This place is excellent. First off, the mochaccino deserves its own review. It's one of the best chocolate espresso drinks I've ever had. They take their chocolate seriously here. It's so rich but not overly sweet and it comes with a small chocolate bar. Such a good mocha. I also got the chilaquiles which I thought were very good. I have never seen pastelito pancakes like these before. A truly gigantic pancake with cream cheese mousse, guava, brown butter maple and vanilla crumble. It is ingenious. But with that being said, this is a sugar bomb the likes of which I've never encountered on one plate. Tread lightly! Just remember this brickell, so your price will be in the higher range. I was a bit skeptical ordering chilaquiles as I've had some of the best in Mexico but followed the server's comments and went with it. It was very good! Not many places can pull off truly authentic versions. I opted to add chicken fora small additional charge-- it came with generous amounts and properly shredded. I had also asked the server which of the two selections he'd recommend (the other one was crab eggs Benedict, several dollars higher -- which also sounded delish ! (Definitely next time I'll try) --9 out of 10 servers tend to steer toward higher priced items-- I was impressed with his genuine suggestions (so I tipped him extra :)) Also ordered chocolate croissant to-go but took a bite of it and it's quite good. Located conveniently in the Brickell area, this place serves up standout brunch dishes like the Mexican avocado toast and pastelito pancakes. I went here with a friend for Saturday brunch and was initially concerned about the Yelp waitlist where you have to join in person, quoting 35 min, but the waitlist times are super inaccurate. There are actually spots open immediately when we went, with plenty of seating inside and outside. I opted to sit inside since I'm going to be outside for a while anyways. We got the following: Mexican avocado toast - quite unique, with corn, cotija, Mexican cream, etc so it is a twist to the more plain avocado toast. I liked this dish but I didn't like their choice of bread since it was a bit too soft to hold the toast and gets soggy quickly. Pastelito pancakes - very good sweet dish but huge portions! I wished they provided a smaller portion so it's easier to share and try more dishes. I liked the addition of guava and cream cheese that makes this dish a bit more decadent, perfect for enjoying it over multiple meals. Truffle bun - I got it as is since we got quite a bit of food, just to check out why this is the most popular dish. The egg is fairly fluffy and the truffle flavor is very apparent but not dominating. I liked this one the most even though it's less unique than the other 2 dishes. Service is decent as they fulfilled requests in a timely manner, but there was some language barrier unless you can say a few things in Spanish, but I won't take this into consideration due to the demographics of Miami. read more

Our experience at B Bistro was very disappointing due to the service. The staff appeared visibly unhappy, impatient, and unwelcoming. When we were trying to place our order, it felt like they didn't want to listen to us at all, which made the interaction uncomfortable and disrespectful. When we politely raised our concerns about the service, we were repeatedly told, "Miami is like this." However, that is not a valid excuse for poor service. If that's the case, it makes no sense to automatically charge a 20% service fee. Service charges should reflect the quality of service, and in this case, the attitude simply did not justify it. To be fair, the short rib pasta was good, and the food itself was not the issue. We put in a take out order through Uber eats for B Bistro which arrived late. When I called to check in for status, the B Bistro waitress told me there was no order under my name that was made. I had put in a pretty big order and my friends and I were hungry and patiently waiting. Anyway, the pastries and burgers were beautiful and delicious. However, our order arrived late. We had also ordered coffees and those were essentially melted and ruined. I had to request a refund for the coffees because they weren't edible. Why even put it on your take out menu if you can't ensure the delivery will hold well?
