Thanks to the city of Santa Fe Springs and their severe carlessness for all the potholes down Bloomfield Ave / SFS Road, the back tire on my 2024 Lexus vehicle suffered horrible damage. I had to call out work, I was pissed, and AAA quoted me 1 hour for a tow. Luckily, Hadley Tow was a 3rd party service and a driver Danny C. arrived in 15 minutes. My husband instructed me to get dropped off at America's Tires Norwalk and as we were approaching, he called me to switch to America's Tires Cerritos. They were the tow company contracted through AAA and we had a flat tire due to all the potholes on Norwalk Blvd. We requested service through AAA. At first, it was going to be 45 minutes- turned into 1.5 hours and it ended up being over three hours! Absolute worst! We were ten minutes from their headquarters and five minutes from home. Once the guys got there, the service was 5/10. I called and no explanation. They called us and a tow truck broke down. Really? Not to diminish the great service I've had from Hadley in the past, but this kid was on it. There seemed to be no problem he couldn't work around. Louis !! The whole point is this vehicle should never been towed in the first place. My mechanic went out there to talk to them to tell them that he will move it and that the key was misplaced That's why he wasn't able to move it. He begged and pleaded with them not to take it and they still took it so yes, they had a choice. You guys are 100% money grabbers to keep it in your lot .. really ! $242 a day and I called a few hours after it was there when I found out . FYI I do rescue of animals and stuff that was in there belong to dogs my dogs and rescue dogs so not allowing me even to get that stuff that has no meaning for you guys is just ruthless. I'm not able to get the vehicle out so you guys scored on making money. It was simple do not tow it. It was not abandoned and you guys towed it anyway after my Mechanic literally was begging and pleading not to take it.. I was working overtime and multiple jobs just to be able to afford to get it fixed so I can continue doing what I was doing. On March 10 my car wouldn't start. I called AAA and J.Estrada arrived. As soon as we popped my hood, he couldn't find the battery which is in the top right corner. He insisted on checking my trunk. After finally testing the battery he was attempting to replace it however, he did not have a battery in his car. Another technician came supplied him with a battery. As he was trying to hook the new battery up in my car he kept on taking phone calls texting and taking a long time just to connect it afterwards the car started he left. I drove the next day and the next couple of days. Yesterday, as I was driving my car completely shut off and I had to immediately pull over when I opened my hood and check the battery. These photos/video are what I found. He did not secure the positive connection to my battery, which caused it to eventually came off, cutting off the electricity in the car causing it to stop working and potentially putting me in danger because I didn't have control of my car. I will never trust this tow company again. read more

I'm a AAA member and the tow truck driver is absolutely unprofessional, if he doesn't like his job he should choose a different profession. This guy gave me an attitude from when he called to when he got there. He was completely disrespectful and when I was trying to speak with him he said to take it up to AAA. He also said to find another tow truck and left me there on the side of the freeway. Not only that but when I called AAA he reported me saying that I hit the windshield of his truck which is a complete lie!!! After that AAA called saying I need to find my own service to take my car back home which is completely unfair, I was never rude to him let alone hit his car! Today I called Hadley tow for a lockout. Wife locked her keys in the car and I called them to see how much it would cost and they tried to charge me $150. Call three surrounding towing companies and they all charge $50-$60. Do not call these people for a lockout you can get a better price somewhere else. Call Navarro's Towing. AAA called them to tow me, I've waited 4 +hours and still no show I called them and no answer. If you're waiting on Haley Tow, your funeral may be sooner than they arrive. No communication at all. When I say they are the worst and I hate to even have those words come out my mouth, however it's the 100% truth EXTREMELY unreliable. We called AAA today and the tow was assigned to this company. We waited about an hour and a half and the driver called us. The name that showed up on my phone was Franci C. Turns out he was lost. That's fine and totally understandable. 30 minutes later we called to get an update and our call went straight to voice mail. That's fine. We called again and again went to voice mail. 2 hours now we called AAA and turns out they don't service the area we're in and it's now assigned to a new company. The reason I'm giving a one star is because the least the driver from Hadley could have done is told us what's happening instead of just ignoring our calls. Bad customer service. read more

DAMAGES to my vehicle. My mirror got smashed and I can no longer drive my car. The driver who hit my car left a note saying that this company would cover the damage. However, just been getting the run around for days. I should have received a call immediately from the manager to set up an appointment. As there's a company "body shop" that can take care of the repair. I didn't even use the service. They were towing a separate vehicle and the driver hit my parked car. The fact that they do not take this more seriously is ridiculous. GOOD LUCK if you use these guys. read more

Horrible customer service! Seems like employees are tired, frustrated and with no energy. My car got towed so I was trying to get it out, they had me going back and forth 5 times! and each time they kept adding something new that I supposedly needed in order to release the car, they only want you to leave the car there the most time possible since they want to charge you per each day! I ended up paying the amount they told me and they have so many hidden fees as well! they get mad when you ask what are the documents you need and walk away from you, they are horrible at explaining and be giving you the dirties looks ever, especially the blonde guy, SUPER RUDE can't believe he's getting paid to be disrespectful to customers! never choosing this service again, i recommend y'all to not waste your time and money and go somewhere else bc I was able to find a more professional and affordable place where they don't look weird at you and actually help you! read more

My 2025 Honda Crv took a downfall while I was driving to work. My car completely stopped while driving. I called my Hondalink and they sent out triple A which is associated with Hadley. I had no idea! Well Victor Franco was the man who came to help me. He was really friendly and helped out a lot! He was very gentle with my car and took his time. He was very communicative with me as well. He texted me when he was on his way with an estimated time. I was told an hour but he picked my car up in less than 15mins!
