I don't know that that is something to be proud of or ashamed of, but it is what it is. I've mostly been going for shoulder pain, but also for a calf injury... I've been seeing Kristina Lott as my Physical Therapist and I highly recommend her. Nate Snell is also fabulous, but Kristina's schedule jives well with my need to come in early mornings. The front office and support crew are all friendly -- even when I go before 7am, which is impressive. Shout out to Kat, who keeps me in check with the exercises that Kristina prescribes. I'm hoping to graduate from this bout of visits in the near future, but if and when I need to return for PT, Endurance Rehab will always be my first choice of places to go. Since my last review, and when recovering from a calf injury, I was able to utilize the onsite G-Trainer anti-gravity treadmill.  It was super cool and definitely aided in my recovery. The office staff and assistants are always friendly and helpful. What I really appreciate this time is that Dr. Kuhn referred me to a spine specialist, since we are not making great progress with my constant lower backpain. I always feel better when I leave the office, but my job requires me standing for 8 hours straight. An MRI also showed issues with my disks. Both doctors have their patients best interest in mind.

They have cryo therapy which is great for recovery, but ignore the claims of calorie high calorie burning. Strictly for recovery from increased blood circulation. There's red light therapy which is going to be a hit or miss on people and even less effective for darker skinned individuals and males. There's compression therapy which is great for extra blood flow; so that covers people who are over using certain body parts as well as under using. Massage gun and stretching. If you consider yourself a living person, you need this every one in a while. They do a great job in making sure you're stretched out and feeling good. You WILL feel better after this. If you consider yourself an athlete, you might even need to come here every couple months or more frequently depending on how intense your training is. THIS IS THEIR BEST SERVICE. Don't be a fool and ignore aching joints, tendons, and over tensed muscles. Go there, get a day pass. Try everything out and see what made and impact on you, then you'll realize you probably need to be going there more often.

Now I'm doing rehab for my knee arthroscopy. Their facility is beautiful and gentle, well-trained dogs roam around the staff and patients. They have a manual therapy philosophy, which means that their skilled physical therapists work the muscles and other tissue with their bodies before you are asked to do your strengthening and rehab exercises. Their therapists are exceptionally well trained and even their techs know exactly what needs to be done, from prep to positioning. I highly recommend T.O.P.S. Physical Therapy!

I…read morewas very happy with my first visit, started with a thorough consult and some dedicated time with one of the PTs there. Then I continued on to my exercises with a student who was very helpful. My second appt a week later I was with a different PT who spent less than 5 min on me, no cupping or additional therapy. Then I was on my own to do my exercises which I hardly remembered so I had to approach one of the students for help. I found this odd because I've been to physical therapy before and had a more hands on experience from the staff. Repeat all of this on my third visit. Had another different PT who spent more time with me than the second one but once that care was over I was on my own. Then on my fourth visit I had yet another different PT, even though my appts were at the same date/time each week. I did some looking on Reddit and folks in the PT community refer to places like these as "mills" which it totally felt like. The nail in the coffin for me was getting charged for a needling service (recommended by one of the physical therapists there) even though at no point was I informed that it was an additional cost. Bummed out because the location was convenient and staff was kind, I just think the way the place is run could be more patient-focused.
