This management company treated his family so poorly and so disrespectfully.. They would not let us in his apartment or the building for over a week despite the fact that come to the apartment upon discovering his body on the beach, and the custodians even told his , me, live next-door so they knew he had a living relative right next-door. Long story short, they treated us horribly throughout our getting letters of administration to settle his badge us with getting his car out of the garage his bicycle, etc. even though we told him we were working overtime to get everything settled so that we could the apartment in a timely fashion after getting our legal papers. They respected nothing that we were going through, John Wolf himself, called me up and had some horrible things to say about my brother, concerned only getting their money. It's not even a year yet, and the bank has put us into foreclosure which we discovered that a co-op can do without any kind of legal documentation. They can urge the bank to do this. The bank talk to us despite our legal documents, we had a cash buyer. Who was a legitimate business owner had great credit writing and the board rejected him for a reason that we don't know we're not allowed to ask them so to believe that the board of the just did not want this to go through the apartment? Was foreclosure twice without us having the required notice by law and today it was sold at auction for over $125,000 less than what it was worth . This is the absolute worst disgusting management company ever and I would urge anybody to not ever buy a unit in a building that is managed by them... We did everything we were supposed to do by the book. And yet they did not that is supposed to be your You do not want these monsters over your property.

Because of their endless delay, the sink became severely damaged and moldy. We were forced to clean around the disgusting mess every day until someone got hurt. And instead of helping, they coldly blamed us with the words: "Why would you clean a sink that has an enormous hole in it?" They completely ignored the fact that it was their negligence that left us facing this horrible situation in the first place. When we questioned who should be responsible for the repair cost, they conveniently disappeared -- and still, no repair has ever been done. This place is run with neglect, zero accountability, and no concern for residents' health or safety.

If you have children, they know you will eat as many rent increases as humanly possible and they are raising you every year above cost of living. Bottom line is, you are living in a box and if you are there any length if time you are paying well over 4k per month for 800 square feet of living space . I got out after our 3rd rate increase in 4 years. Still in Jericho Schools, no more annual rent increases and could not be happier. My Co-op in Huntington Village was hard hit by Hurricane Isaias…read more We had 3 giant trees come down in the storm: 1 wrecked our new fence and crushed our new patio set, a second tree from the other side of our fence crashed into a third tree in our courtyard and both giants smashed into our building, causing a hole in our roof while both hung dangerously above our walkway and building entrance, threatening further damage and posing a major safety hazard. The NEXT DAY @ 9am!!! our property manager, Ronni Osman, showed up with a 4-man crew to remove the trees from the building and spent the entire day working to remove the debris -- all while our region struggled with major damage to roadways and power lines. Even though we only signed with them 1 year ago and nobody even hoped to get anyone to come to do tree work in the aftermath of this regional devastation, Ronni Osman of Einsidler Management saw the extent of our damage and put us at the top of the list to get us help. (We're a small property [only 26 units] & they manage over a hundred properties.) The crew returned again over the next several days and completely repaired the roof (it looks better than new!), cleared the remaining debris and made repairs to our fence. The transition to Einsidler from our previous management company of over 20 years met with considerable opposition from some residents, but after this even the die-hards have been converted (the leader of this "opposition faction" even spent hours sitting with our Property Manager during the repairs and heaped the highest accolades on Ronni, Einsidler Mgt. and the crew)! When we needed help, esp. with something big, Einsidler was there for us!!!

The boss himself was unprofessional in how he handled communication, and instead of providing clear answers, I was met with excuses, delays, and attitude. After being rescheduled and strung along, I completely lost my patience. For something as important as an EV charger install, I expected better organization and accountability. Unfortunately, while the technician did his job well, the company's leadership and overall customer service were unprofessional and left me with a very bad experience.

And when they do finally contact you, they do not provide answers anyone would be looking for. We have been waiting for weeks to get a simple site visit for a home charging station installation. Apparently only one person in their company can perform this service. So they told us it would not happen for two weeks since he had "a conference" to go to. We were then rescheduled for an appointment yesterday. And in the lead-up, we received endless texts asking us to confirm this date and time. But alas, the day before this new appointment date, we were asked to reschedule yet again. But it was only for one day later so we bit our tongue. Now this morning we received yet another message using the same excuse they initially trotted out. That the owner was stuck traveling back from a conference and that we would need to look at times next week. So if you are looking for a company that plays games and gives you the run around? Then Absolute Trash is the partner you are looking for. But if you are looking to actually get services performed? Then stay away from these clowns. Far away.

From the first phone call with Ken, the owner, to the final delivery in Naples, Florida, the process was smooth, professional, and exceeded every expectation. We had initially received a sky-high estimate from another moving company for a relatively small move: a few pieces of furniture and a number of boxes and bins from both our apartment and a storage unit in Long Island, headed to Naples, FL. Before committing, I decided to get a second opinion -- and thankfully, I found Harbor Moving and Storage. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful from the beginning. He explained that modern moving estimates should be based on volume, not just weight and distance, and warned that any company requiring a deposit up front might be a red flag. We had kept a good inventory of what we needed moved, and Ken quickly returned a quote that was far more reasonable than the original company. We booked with him immediately. Pickup day (the Monday after the 4th of July) went perfectly. The movers, Lester and Stephen, arrived early and waited until the 8 a.m. start time due to HOA rules. They were polite, upbeat, and immediately reassuring -- saying, "this will be easy," which gave me confidence. I had worked hard to pack and label things correctly (some items were going to a condo, others to storage), and they followed instructions perfectly. The team handled everything with care, especially the furniture destined for long-term storage -- they wrapped it thoroughly and thoughtfully. They worked fast and efficiently. At the second pickup location (a storage unit), they navigated a tricky street parking situation and got everything loaded within two and a half hours total. There was a minor delay in getting the shipment down to Florida due to a driver emergency, but Ken stayed in close contact the entire time. We were flexible since we weren't going to be in Naples to receive the delivery -- our brother-in-law met the truck. Ken provided the driver's contact info and an accurate delivery window, so we were never left wondering. On the Florida end, they again handled the move flawlessly -- even managing to unload everything into both the storage unit and our second-floor condo despite another tight parking situation. All items arrived in perfect condition, and the crew maintained a detailed inventory from start to finish. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use Harbor Moving and Storage again, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and caring moving company. Thank you to Ken and the entire team -- you made what could have been a stressful move absolutely seamless!
