They did manage to put a rush on one vehicle and got it back to us mostly done in a week. There ends the good. Connor and Jacob are terrible communicators and struggle with the most basic of administration, including taking payment for their services. They argue amongst themselves and play the blame game to the client. Each of the two has declared himself the boss at various points in the process. They consistently over promise and underdeliver. They wanted us to sign off on bodywork when returning an unwashed vehicle to us in the dark when we couldn't inspect it. The windshield replacement was handled sloppily, the trim looks poor and they didn't reconnect things properly after the installation. Who knows when we'll finally be done with them for good?!? We're still waiting on back ordered parts and have zero faith that the delay is not being exacerbated by Debt Rebel's total inability to handle administration. They never cashed a check mailed direct to them from the insurer, so that's still dangling in the wind. They took weeks to get me payment info for the second job. A week after I paid that (after hassling them to get a link to pay, when they didn't provide they amount I owed them; thankfully I'm not as administrative KY challenged as them), after the payment was processed and the card paid off, they refunded that payment. They're citing fraud, though I've had zero issues with the card or notifications from the card itself. I'd even used if to pay another large sum for the first vehicle. They body work looks good, and the pricing is good. But there are little dent repair shops all over town that can claim that bare minimum. Some of those other shops can likely also take payments, communicate when your vehicle will be ready, resist complaining about each other to clients, and otherwise handle operating as a business. Try one of those.
