Betty was the only one who actually listened to everything we needed AND wanted, plus checked on a lot of things no one else did and made a few great suggestions. Their estimate was higher than others we got but it became VERY clear that the difference was worth paying. The team is incredibly skilled and they were constantly checking on details I would have never even considered. He installed 4 structural posts, replaced ties and repaired as needed. He is an extremely hard worker and goes above and beyond to get the job done. His bid included addressing the structural issues instead of just replacing ties at a very good bid while the other 2 contractors just wanted to replace ties and never discussed the lack of dead men/supports in one area of the wall.
