I am now seeing Bella. I'm finding that each artist has their own style. Sometimes it takes a couple of times to convey your personal style. I find that the artists are so talented that they figure out what you want. Since I'm older, I don't want people talking to my eyelashes. I would like them to be very subtle. Kind of like a couple of swipes of mascara look without the raccoon eyes mid-day or at the end of the day. I am so happy I found this business. read more

KATHY is an incredibly talented lash artist. She is precise and understands how to best recommend lash type, size and style based on your facial structure. She is calm, attentive, caring and a positively bubbly presence. I get volume lashes but she makes them very natural and beautiful while keeping them full. I've been going to her for the past 4 years and have recommended her to every close woman I know. My sister, who recently moved here 6 months ago gets the Classic style and also swears by Kathy's precision and ability to make lashes look natural. I've been getting my extensions done by Amy for the past couple of months and I love her work! I went to a different lash place previously, which I did like, but I felt my lashes fell out too quickly and their adhesive didn't agree with me. Lady Lash Lounge is tiny but I love the quiet spa vibe they have going on. The large reclining chairs are so comfortable. Their staff are all super kind and friendly. It really depends on how well you take care if them. I went in for a fill at 2.5 weeks, but could easily have gone another week. They like you to go every 2-3 weeks so you always look fresh.

How much for refills on a classic?

They have all the prices on the website. If you have never been there you just book a appt with a 10 or 20 dollar deposit. I can't remember but that gets credited when you go. I did 2 week wispy refills for 85 and then 3 week refill for 95. But…

After that's finished, she puts on a heated eye mask and then begins all the hair things. My hair was washed with OLAPLEX shampoo about 2x, and throughout it all she is massaging my head nonstop. She also uses a head scratcher which gave me so many tingles! The treatment finishes off by washing your neck and shoulders. She ends it by using a DYSON SUPERSONIC HAIR DRYER to blow drying my hair. I was matched up with Fan's schedule and saw her a total of three times for my laser eyebrow removal. She is so kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable! Because of my back issues and vertigo, she would adjust the chair accordingly and she would often check in with me during the session to make sure I was tolerating the procedure. She was gentle and caring and that made a huge difference! My eyebrows faded nicely and I am hopeful that I will be able to get my new brows done in a couple of months. Only that my right brow was significantly thinner than my left. Other people see the difference between them both . I'm not trying to complicated just honest. My brow are not tense or lifted. The staff was sweet and kind, and Corinna herself was very nice, which is why this review is bittersweet for me. I truly wanted to have a good experience, but unfortunately my results were very disappointing--especially considering the amount I paid. During my first visit, the procedure was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had because there seemed to be a lack of care for my comfort. I was not offered any numbing cream, and I was in significant pain throughout the entire appointment. Before coming here, I already had nice eyebrows done by another professional--I simply wanted a touch-up to make them a little darker and slightly thicker in the middle. Instead, I was charged $700 as though this were my first full brow procedure, despite already having existing work done. I was also charged an additional $100 for "nano" work that was not done deeply enough, and it completely faded away once the scabbing healed. Another major issue was that she shaved parts of my natural eyebrows that should never have been touched. I expected only the small hairs underneath my brow to be cleaned up, but instead more of my natural brow was removed. I carefully followed all aftercare instructions, yet the pain in my eyebrows lasted nearly three weeks. Most importantly, she did not follow the shape I requested. I specifically wanted my brows to remain similar to what I already had--slightly thicker in the middle--not higher, not more pointed, and not thinner. Unfortunately, that is exactly what she changed. I let it go after the first visit, hoping the touch-up would correct things. Sadly, the second visit made everything worse. I returned because the nano strokes had disappeared and my brows still did not look darker--as if I had barely had anything done despite spending so much money. During the touch-up, even more of my right eyebrow was shaved off, making it much thinner and more pointed than it has ever been in my life. I walked out looking like I had overly thin 1990s brows, which was absolutely not what I wanted. Now my right brow is noticeably thinner and more pointed, while my left brow was left thicker and more intact. I am literally walking around with two uneven eyebrows after paying $800 total. This was a very expensive service for me, and I trusted this business with my face. Two years ago, I paid another professional in San Jose much less, and the results were beautiful. I came here expecting the same level of expertise and care, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Again, the staff was kind, and this is difficult to write because everyone was pleasant--but kindness alone does not make up for poor results, pain, and leaving a client with uneven brows after such an expensive service.This version is strong, credible, and more likely to be taken seriously by readers and the business.

I have tried texting and the response I get every time is "ok", even if I ask a question in my appointment request. I've tried making an appointment online and the appointment slots are always available and open, which can't be true. While in the salon, I've seen them answer the phone when someone calls to make an appointment, they are always on speakerphone, and I have never seen anyone write anything down after the phone call, they say ok and then just continue to work. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here I have only been seen at the time of my appointment once. Once! I am often waiting 30-45 mins and I stay because I have a very tight schedule and make appointments on the only days I can. I'm currently sitting waiting for my 5:00 appointment and it is 5:40 and there are 5 others also waiting, though I don't know what time their appointments are or were. (At 5:06 my manicurist asked me to wait 15 mins and I said fine....but I ended up leaving at 5:45 because she was doing someone's pedicure.) I have always been happy with the services I've received here and their prices are reasonable, which are the reasons for the 2 stars, but I simply will not be back due to their constant lack of respect of "appointment times".
