H Brow did a good job overall, especially if you are looking for a very natural, thin, and light eyeliner look. I appreciated that she offered a free touch-up appointment. However, after the initial procedure, once the scabbing came off, most of the eyeliner faded as well. During the touch-up appointment, I made it very clear that the eyeliner was too light and too thin, and I specifically requested a darker and more visible result. Unfortunately, after the touch-up healed, the same thing happened again -- once the scabbing came off, the eyeliner faded significantly and is now barely visible. I reached out regarding the issue, but I was told it would not be corrected unless I paid for another session. While the experience was pleasant, I am disappointed with the final results and the lack of resolution after clearly communicating my concerns during the touch-up process. read more

Thank you so much H Brows for such an amazing job with microblading + microshading It was very easy to sign up for an appointment on the website, and the price is super fair compared to what I've seen in the area for modern KBeauty style brows. The technician's art style is exactly what I was looking for, and I love the shade she chose as well. The process took less than 2 hours but most of it was drawing out the template before micro blading, which took nearly an hour because I was particular and she was super kind and patient about redrawing them. When I expressed that I felt bad she was super supportive, saying "no this is the most important part! Don't worry!" She put on numbing cream and then after 20 minutes started her process. It'll hurt a bit since it is tattooing, but it isn't too bad! She also gave aftercare cream and instructions. :) Love this small business and the retouch process was also very easy and made them look even more beautiful! She's very thoughtful and experienced. Getting my brows done has upped my confidence so much, makes me look so good, and saves me time in getting ready every day! Had a such wonderful experience with Hye Young. I had my eyebrows and design eyeliner tattoo done. The process of getting an appointment was very easy through the website. Few days before my appointment, I got a reminder message with instructions for the procedure which was very helpful. During my appointment, Hye Young was very nice, warm and friendly. She explained the process well and answered my questions. She was very reassuring, I felt at ease and less nervous. It wasn't painful at all, the numbing cream she applies before was very helpful. She's very gentle. My first appointment took about 3 almost 4 hours for my eyebrows and eyeliner. She explained the after care instructions very well. My eyebrows and eyelids healed really well. I had no problems nor complications. I returned 1 month after for the re-touch. Same procedure for eyebrows and eyeliner but quicker this time since it's a re-touch. For both it took 2 hours. I was looking for the Korean style eyelash extensions and was introduced Lauren last Dec. She has been qualified in Korea and no doubt her skillful delicate hands moving , of course. The location is also in the professional salon building and easy to find, the atmosphere gives calm and pretty okay because I fell asleep while she was my eyelashes, but her energetic welcoming was like home with Nespresso and some kinds of teas snacks, even energy drink, what I mostly prefer to drink. I didn't want much lashes and requested customized volume and I was satisfied at the first time and my friends really liked mine. Price is reasonable with her kindness. I got design eyeliner and lip blush done by HyeYoung. She is very friendly, professional and her shop is very clean. Design Eyeliner - I got it done years ago and it faded to grey color. Also, it was uneven so I wanted it to be corrected. HyeYoung did a great job correcting it and now it looks even. It took little less than 1 hour and it wasn't painful at all. Lip Blush - I had lip discoloration, especially around my lips which made me look like I'm sick. So I always had to wear lip tint to hide it in the past. HyeYoung was able to neutralize and correct dark lip line and add more vivid color to the center of my lips. I am very satisfied with the result. whole process took about 2 hours.
