When I brought up how unhappy I was, My stylist, Robin, didnt seem to care and didn't offer a way to make it right except at the next appointment which I would have to pay for. She blamed the color on me for not being clear enough and I was charged the full amount which was a lot. Im still super disappointed and now have to pay to get my highlights again to cover my grays and add blonde to my hair.

She absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. She somehow understood exactly what I wanted and made it work with my hair instead of fighting against it. They both (17 year old and 14 year old) said they don't want to go to anyone else now because she listened to what they wanted. They also like that she took time to show them how to style it too. Not only are my nails all different lengths, the technician made my cuticles bleed. I went to the Bee Hive Salon for the first time this morning. The salon is clean, bright and…read morecheery inside. I was greeted warmly and my stylist quickly seated me. Clare discussed how I wanted my hair cut and made sure we were in agreement before she began. She was professional and experienced, but also a lot of fun to chat with and made me feel very comfortable. I noticed the salon offered Shellac nails when I entered and asked if anyone was available for a nail appointment after my haircut. Clare fit me into her schedule and I was able to get my nails done as well. She made my nails look fabulous even though they are short. I highly recommend the Bee Hive Salon- go see Clare, she's wonderful.
