All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn't remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they're still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I'm not even charged that on Maui. Do your self a favor & go somewhere else!! I wish I hadn't of paid. This place is the literal worst. UPDATE: The bigger question is why is MANAGEMENT of the salon so quick to call every bad review a LIE? Because they know it's true, perhaps? In fact, that is the case!
