Disputed the charge with my bank which is now an unnecessary long process because this place couldn't take 5 minutes to make it right.

I Went there for a dry hair style (curls) for an occasion where we were taking pictures. I have A LOT A LOT of hair. Like every hair stylist/ hair cutter has commented on how much hair and volume I have. Not more than 45 min after my appointment I left looking greasy (it's very hard for that to even happen to me, but I guess the products they use look greasy) And my curls were gone, my hair looked stringy and flat. Not sure what tools they use but they aren't professional I couldn't even believe how flat and gross it looked (it looked dirty). I was there for an hour and a half, and mind you I went in with dry hair not wet. I had to completely start over to fix it. I called them back 3 days ago. The manager there, Karina felt that I wasn't worth her time to get back to me. She left me an initial voicemail and told me she was free to talk to me all day Friday and every time I called the front desk girls would say oh she'll call you at this time and then she never would. I also asked for them to get her so that we could speak for 1-2 minutes. She refused because she was "too busy." I finally got a call back from a manager at another location From Eileen. I asked them for a refund since what they did to my hair was atrocious. They keep giving me the run around and even asked me to come back another time ( NO THANK YOU! ). Has anyone else had an experience like this there? I just can't believe how disrespectful they are there and also how awful my hair looked. Spread the word so this doesn't happen to you. I even went to look at reviews and I'm not the only one this had happened to. Looked like 10 other women had just around the same experience as mine. With how expensive things are these days I feel that it's unacceptable. Also kindness go ways further than rudeness. Eileen called me back with a very fake nice persona telling me that I won't be getting a refund and that I can come in and they will do my hair again. HA! no thanks! Over the weekend I received a voicemail asking if I could push my appointment to 11AM. I called this morning to follow up, but they confirmed my appointment was scheduled for 10 AM and expressed confusion about who called me to change it to 11. We confirmed that my appointment would be 10AM. I then came in 15 mins early and was coldly greeted at the desk when I checked in. I took a seat and waited for my name to be called. I waited 15 mins past my scheduled appointment, and during my this time the stylist assigned to me took a client that walked in after me. She was notified that I was waiting twice. She never once came to speak to me to let me know how much longer to wait. I got up to speak to someone at the desk to cancel, but no one was working the desk. I walked out. I tried to then call the front desk and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Clearly, this establishment has issues with friendliness and with double booking. I shouldn't run into this much trouble for a simple haircut. I won't come back.

I explained to the stylist Kim that I wanted just the split ends cut and my layers even out. I reminded her before and after I was shampooed and after she started cutting. Kim was very unorganized and seemed to struggle working with my hair that was "so long and thick" I asked if she was capable of doing what I asked for. She said it was a simple cut and would take 15 minutes. She then claimed that she couldn't see because my hair was so long and needed me to stand up so she could cut my hair. She kept me away from the mirror and just saying my previous haircut was so bad, and that she was gonna fix it. I trusted her. I should not have. She cut at least 9 inches of hair off, and thinned my hair til it was unrecognizable. I don't understand how this could even happen. I showed her an inspiration picture, along with multiple other stylists and they said it was totally achievable. not sure why Kim kept cutting after I told her repeatedly for a trim, and how much I liked the length of my hair. I had pre paid, but I tipped anyway. I left the appointment in shock. PLEASE be careful when booking. I don't want someone else loosing 2+ years of hair growth due to negligence.
