If you want to get your hair burned off and greys left uncolored, then this is the salon for you. Where to begin. I was coming here weekly for three and a half months now for blowouts, due to a shoulder injury and difficult to straighten hair. I also had my hair colored three times. I saw Jenn H mostly, but also CeCi Jones a few times when Jenn was out. Well, one day, 8/15/26 at my 3 pm (owner - check your cameras as I see you did in another review you replied to), CeCi was blow-drying my hair, and suddenly I smelled hair burning. So did the manager Lysa, the other stylist Katherine, and the blonde receptionist. They all mentioned it and started walking around looking to find the source of the smell. I was literally the ONLY client in that room. I told them several times that it was coming from me, but CeCi kept denying it. So instead of coming to check my hair, they let it go. Very nice. I couldn't deal with the confrontation as I'm not well, and went home. It seemed fine. I came back the following Saturday for a blowout with Jenn. She didn't mention anything was wrong with my hair, yet when I went home, the hair at my temple was completely burned off. So CeCi started the job, weakend my hair and Jenn finished it off, as Michelle the manager explained and as did a stylist I spoke to from another salon. I came back another time and spoke with Michelle, the other manager. She was super nice and apologetic, and went to speak to both stylists, who of course lied to her face and denied everything. Absolutely shocking. Well Michelle offered to do a free color and blowout with a bonding treatment, as well as another free blowout. I agreed. It was with Jenn unfortunately. Jenn continued to burn more of my hair off at my temples and all around my face on both occasions. And to top it all off, she missed a bunch of grey hairs right at my part, and who knows where else. How do you miss bright silver hair on top of my head at my part, when my hair is so dark brown that it's almost black? It's like it was on purpose. I am so upset, I cannot believe I gave her two chances and each time, she completely ruined all my hair. I never should have tipped her. And not only that, but the products used at this salon are no name cheap garbage. My hair used to be so healthy and shiny before I came to this salon. Now my hair is dull and looks and feels terrible. Oh and of course completely burned off, and with greys not colored. Absolutely ridiculous and shocking. The amount of stress and medical problems this has caused me has been unreal. I am disabled and have been very unwell because of this. I did not deserve this. I never trash a business, but you people have really asked for it, and I don't want anyone else going through what I've had to deal with and will now continue to deal with. My hair is so weak now that I can't even have any heat on it at all. You people need to refund me for the previous appointment when CeCi burned my hair and I want all the tips back that I gave her and Jenn. I am on a fixed income, have a lot of medical bills, and you robbed me of my hair and my money, and made me literally sick. The picture I posted doesn't even show everything burned off and wasn't from today. Now there is more hair burned off but I'm not well enough to take any more. Thank you for that. read more

My hair has multiple colors at this point and really wanted to have the dye color cut off to see what it looked like. She was absolutely wonderful. She listened to me, gave me suggestions. Everything is affordable, including the hair products they sell. Why pay more when the products they carry get the job done just as well? Free parking is always available when I visit. After growing my hair for four months, I walked in with a photo with three different angles. I was told it was a great cut and she was excited to do such a radical cut. I t was hard to see it what it was going to look like because she was cutting up in an angle until it fell in front of my face! It looks NOTHING like the photos. What it does look like is a bowl Covid cut. My mistake is that I didn't say anything. There's no way to fix this just have to let it grow back out. Asked for mid to long layers and not to be blown out straight. My tween daughter's hair came out perfect and stayed that way for the 1.5 days till Easter. Kathleen was engaging, talented and delivered an amazing cut and dry. Most salons wanted $60-$75 for a wash, cut, and dry but our total was only $45 (plus tip of course). After leaving the mall, I drove past this salon and saw a huge sign " walk-ins welcome" I was absolutely tired of my highlights and decided to stop in. I spoke with Lisa for a few moments and she knew exactly the color I was aiming for. She then had Diana (super sweet) dye my hair. I really wanted my hair straightened but I didn't have an appt, and didn't want to interfere with anyone's scheduled times. so Diana did her very best blow drying my long curly hair quickly and it came out great!!!! I've been going here for a few years now on the recommendation of a long time customer. The owner does my hair and does a good job and charges a fair price. I have been very happy with all their services so far. The assistants are mostly young ladies who at times need more supervision and need to be told the proper way to behave with customers. As I said most are very friendly and accommodating but a few have to be chastised from time to time. I'm sure this happens everywhere. They are very helpful when it comes to last minute requests, walk-ins etc and have ample parking. Always offer coffee/tea while you are waiting and for those that read offer eyeglass covers so you may wear your glasses while your color is setting in. I was never offered this anywhere else and just sat there blind for an hour. I suggest giving them a try! read more

They offered different options how my problem can be fixed and the owner offered advice. One of the things he said was simply not to do anything. For a while I was going into the city to get my hair cut. They did a great job but it was kind of pricey. I've been going to Hair Craft for about 2 years now and my hair always comes out great. Plus, it is only $25 for a wash, cut, and blowdry! I go to Lysa, so I can really only speak for her. She listens when I tell her what kind of style I want and doesn't just do whatever she feels like, as some hairdressers do. She doesn't get mad either when I cut my bangs on my own (they grow out quick!) I would definitely giving this place a try. I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut that was not as pricey as the spa I had previously gone to. Additionally, I wanted to find a place that was open and accessible on weekends without having to book weeks in advance. I was able to get an appointment with Nicky when calling on a Friday for the following morning. Hair Craft is not a fancy salon, but it is also not an unclean place where someone would feel uncomfortable. On the contrary, the staff was polite and professional at all times. People of all ages were there and seemed comfortable at a salon they had gone to for years. The owner was there and consulted with several of the stylists. Nicky did a great job with my hair, and was meticulous with each cut. She was professional and talked comfortably with me and with others around us - it was a nice change to not have a forced conversation. I've been a continuous patron of Hair Craft for the past 4 years. As a male, it's very hard to find a good barber for cheap, as well as avoid having to go to a SuperCuts. For $16, this place meets my needs. They are never booked too much. I can usually get my appointment by calling a day or two prior to when I'm expecting to get my hair cut with no problems. Only disappointment is that they close at 7 (6:30 last appointment). For working types like me, this sometimes is a pain to get to. I then have to defer my appointment to a Saturday, which is more crowded. The parking situation is behind back, but it's quite tight. Definitely recommended for Men's hair cuts. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I walked in with very long straight hair and just needed a good trim. A girl name Nicole cute my hair. I walked out with chunks of hair cut out of the back of my hair. The girl decided to put layers in my hair but not only did I not want them but they are bad layers. I had to have my hair fixed some place else and the long beautiful hair that took YEARS to grow is now cut to just about my shoulders. I randomly called this place two days before coming in town to book an appt to get my hair done. I was happy to have got an appointment because when I got there it was packed! Well the lady who did my hair did a beautiful job. I just wanted some loose curls and then a side braid. She couldn't do the braid though but I loved that she went around to find someone who could do it and finish my hair! I loved the result and highly recommend this place! I usually get my haircuts done at the chain stores (hair cuttery and supercuts) but decided to give this place a try after seeing the decent reviews and was going to be in the area for dinner event later. Overall it was a good experience, I didn't feel like the cut was very different from the ones I gotten at my local Supercut but I suppose with guys there's not much different style with my hair anyway. I did notice the sign out front was $15 for walk in but I was charged $16 as I booked an appointment earlier in the day to avoid having to wait. I suppose walk in could get a discount for chance having to wait for next available spot. The place wasn't very crowded and the ladies at the fronts were very nice and friendly. Anthony, who cut my hair was pretty friendly as well and would talk me up while cutting my hair. Most of the times the hair stylists just leave me alone and do their job in peace so this was a nice refreshing change. It is very very fine, thin, and since I have alopecia, balding in spots. Jenn takes that all into consideration when doing my hair. Horrible place! My friend and I went there to check out their wigs. Nasty older woman at front desk, asked if we had an appointment,we said we were interested in the wigs and didn't know we needed an appointment for that.She started to ask someone to help us,and then turned around to inform us that "you know our synthetic wigs start at $400" at this point told her forget it and left! I am not one for giving anyone a bad review so I couldn't bring myself to give them one star but I've never been to a hair salon that says they specialize in Extentions and color and don't know what the hell they are doing. I asked to match my hair with my extensions color and they just did my crown roots for 35 minutes and then washed my hair. The shampooing was actual good but when I was done the girl said what kind of brush did I want to use. I was confused and asked for what and she told me there is a separate room with blow driers and chairs to dry my hair. Ummmm, hello since when is a blow dry not part of a color service???? So when I asked how much to blow dry she said it's $28 and I had to make an appointment. I nearly fell off my chair. So now being upset I took the damn brush and went into the special room only to see that my hair color didn't even change and now I had brown red and brown because they didn't dye the whole hair. I should of known to just run when I walked in and no client was under the age of 60. read more
