I met Jessica at a salon in Colorado and was beyond impressed with her ability to help me achieve the results I wanted on my 1st visit. When she changed salons, I followed. When she announced she was moving to Arizona, I was so bummed. She did however refer me to a friend of hers, that did a great job. Coincidentally, I ended up transferring to AZ a few years later and was thrilled to reconnect with Jessica once again. You can imagine the relief I felt, knowing I wouldn't have to "stylist hop" until I found someone who did a great job with my hair. I'm settled here so hopefully Jessica stays, so I get to keep my stylist. I should mention that I drive 1 hour each way for my appointments with her. Jessica is friendly and easy to talk to. She's professional and always has great suggestions if you're looking to change up your style. It was getting over my forehead, cheek, ears neck. They put nothing on before hand to make sure it didn't stain my face. When I finally get my hair wash I agree to a condition treatment. I felt like I got nothing done, I just sat there for 5 minutes. Then she blew dried my hair, not using a brush. Then used a tiny flat iron to straighten my hair. That's when I see these girls dyed my side burns black! Each side burn, why would you do that? It's like I got a line up. I'm so embarrassed. I paid over 2 hundred dollars to be completely embarrassed I look like I have side burns. I regret going here, I wish I could take it all back. I also still have grays.
