There are business cards for each one in front when you walk in though. Each salon suite is personalized to the specific renter and they run things their way. If you're in the Olathe area (or however far you don't mind driving), there are a ton of great stylists that are willing to fit you in and make you a regular client. My stylist, Dani, moved over to Identity Suites about a year-ish ago and I followed her here from another salon she was at and this is by far better than any "salon" that she was at before. It's quiet, peaceful and convenient to locate. If you're looking for a new stylist, check out the people here... My hair hasn't looked better!

I requested her use something less harmful to my hair so it didn't fry it. She came through and did a great job. Erica, this was my first Brazillian and she was FAB-U-LOUS!! I won't say it didn't hurt, because there isn't a way to do these without pain. Anyone who gives bad reviews because it hurt is ridiculous. I'll tell you I'm going back as soon as I can. Most hairstylists run over with clients, but she's the only one who's actually let me know she was running a little over, which I really appreciate. She made sure she knew exactly what I wanted and I love my hair. For the wax, I got my eyebrows done. She used a super sensitive wax and I had no problems at all, actually my eyes normally turn SUPER red but this was the least red they've ever been. I'll definitely be going back!

After getting to my appointment and meeting Erin, I knew that she was going to be great and really capturing what I wanted. My first appointment with her she took what I had wanted and turned it into a beautiful balayage. Every subsequent appointment has been above and beyond too! Even when she could tell I wasn't as thrilled with the color, she fixed it to where I was. She also took the time to show me how to curl my hair with my straightener, and show me how to braid!
