As an up-and-coming med spa, they offer a wide range of services including masters level hair cuts and colors, lash extensions, botox, fillers, laser skin treatments including RF microneedling, facials (including hydrafacials), medical weight loss with md oversight, massage, spray tan, laser tooth whitening, and (of course) nails and pedis. You would think that with such a wide rate of services that some of them would be subpar, but that is absolutely not the case. The people who work here really care about delivering quality services. She showed me the back where my layers had started looking very disjointed and made a recommendation to cut a little more and even things up. I trusted her and her expertise, so I said "go for it!" The outcome was amazing-everything looked blended and the curls fell where they are supposed to, not haphazardly like they were before. A true "curly cut" is done when your hair is dry so they can see the curl pattern, how your hair lays, etc. Kristin does this and then follows it up with a relaxing shampoo/conditioner. Poor cabinetry, weird ceiling panels that shoot for elegance but miss the mark. The washing stations aren't comfortable. You can head every convo throughout the salon because of the wide open space and you literally can stare at the people on the other side of you due to poor positioning of chairs/mirrors. The floors were dirty, there was hair and dust on the cabinets at opening, AND the BIGGEST issue I noticed that there were no sanity stations for scissors or brushes. My hairstylist used a curling brush that had hair already in it! I'm praying it was only used on freshly washed hair, but still I don't think that's acceptable. As far as my stylist, I'm happy with her and her providing me with the services I scheduled. The service was slightly more than the lists prices online so they should update the pricing. Since I liked the stylist I will give it another try but the salon isn't something itself I look forward to entering again.
