At other salons, getting my hair washed can be an uncomfortable experience for me sometimes, but Susanna went out of her way to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible each step of the way, providing extra towels for my neck and checking if I was okay. When it came time to style my hair, I showed her a photo of how she styled it the previous time and she recreated it perfectly, spending extra time to add gorgeous waves. She listens carefully what I'd like to do with my hair, from a haircut to a specific color, and suggests what would be the best. Stephanie never promises to do something that can't be done. Another great thing is that the time allocated for the haircut is purely yours! Stephanie doesn't take multiple clients at a time, her attention is 100% yours all the time. You can see in the photo's below, when I left Ringlets & Roots, my hair had zero curl definition. When I left the other salon, my curls were perfect. No dry looking hair.
