Pros: - Traci was sweet and personable - Salon had movies on to keep clients entertained - ombré ash tone turned out nice (but only lasted 4-5 days) Cons: - hair was extremely damaged after session. I've Had ombré done before and other services but never experienced such damage like this! - bad hair cut/ trim - brass color came back less than 7 days later - let Traci know how damaged my hair was as I was in Shock but never received an apology. Instead she expressed to me how the process used a lightning and bleaching agent which like any coloring service , hair follicles will be damaged. I understand that but what I'd rather have was an explanation of that before the damage had been done. It wouldn't feel regretful if she was honest about the integrity of my hair if going through the process. Traci offered a $10 discount on olaplex treatment or 20%off Brazilian blowout. But at this point the last thing I wanted was to spend more money to fix something that I shouldn't have had to.

Even though I only came in for a haircut, she took the time to give me honest advice about my hair. She recommended that I should focus on treating and restoring my hair first, and then come back next time for coloring so the results would look better and healthier. What really impressed me was her thoughtfulness -- she noticed that my roots had grown out unevenly in color, so she went ahead and blended the color to match the rest of my hair. And she didn't charge me anything extra for it, only for the haircut. You can truly tell that she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work.
