Lucky for me I came across this awesome salon with and even more awesomer (if that could be a word) hair dresser!! Jennifer was so nice, professional, easy going with most amazing color skills. I had a super ugly and faded balayage , my ends were hay-like dried and my hair was in such need of attention. Jennifer cleaned me up, applied a super awesome color on my mane and cleaned up my ends ever so nicely!! Originally I had asked to "just chop it all off!" She asked if I really wanted to cut my hair that short and of course the answer was no but I just didnt think my hair could be brought back to life. Well ... she worked wonders!! She didn't have to chop all of my hair off, she professionally gave it the attention it needed, and now I feel like my s***t dont stink and just want to flip my hair back and forth!! Every blonde hair she touched became brittle and snapped off 5" from my scalp, I've clogged my hairbrush and the shower drain for the last 2 months, at least 1/3 of the volume is gone and what's left looks like macrame jute. When confronted, Dana said I need vitamins and maybe try Monoxidil. Zero accountability. It continues to break off to this day, so the horror isn't even over yet. Negative 5 stars

You could tell in the photos she knew how to do color correctly, so I gave her a call. Although I was wanting instant gratification, her photos showed that a little wait would be worth it and I didn't even have to wait that long. Called on a Wednesday, I think, and she got me in on Tuesday! With all that being said..... Heather is amazing! Her coloring skills and knowledge is unbelievable.
