I found Catherine on Yelp, called her, left a message, she called me back and squeezed me in. She sent me a reminder text the day before my appointment. I went in the salon as a platinum blonde with few low lights. I showed Catherine pictures of myself from a few years ago. I wanted more low lights and a subtle bob cut.
