I showed her pictures and clearly started that ai wanted bright blonde dimensional highlights, and I ended up with a very ashy blonde that was blended. I got home and I saw the color in a different light and it looked grayish. After spending almost $300, and being disappointed, I called her the next day and she was unprofessional and told me we had creative differences and she could try to fix it, but I ultimately I would need to find another stylist She never attempt to book another appt to fix it and I didn't want to go back after what she said to me. She did not offer to refund or anything so I ended up going somewhere else to fix it, another $250. I also have very short layers from a haircut she gave me that need to grow out. I previously had blonde highlights and asked for all over color that was light reddish brown and I emphasized "more red than brown". I also wanted bangs and showed a picture of what I wanted. Unfortunately I ended up walking out really disappointed. My color is a different shade of red and is significantly darker, they did say that they did it a little darker because the previous highlights will lighten but that's a conversation that should happen before my service not when you see the disappointment on my face after I see the color. Also the bangs are really bad, one they are not anything like the picture I showed before they were cut and the sides are uneven. I will say that every one was very sweet and the color of my hair is pretty but not what I asked for.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL SALON WITH UNTRAINED STAFF…read more It is incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable for a business to hold its clients to a rigid standard while failing to offer even a baseline level of professional courtesy in return. Turning a child away at the door due to being ill-equipped and ill-prepared is something no parent should have to navigate. Our stylist Dani K. canceled on us twice in a row then called us with an attitude and she's a manager. Our next stylist, Sarah M. honestly expressed that she didn't even know how to do our daughter's hair after Audrey at the front desk assured us that we would not be canceled or rescheduled on again. Well guess what? We were rescheduled on again, for a third time. If I were to cancel my appointment without a 24-hour notice, this salon would eagerly enforce their strict cancellation policy and charge me without a second thought. Yet, they apparently feel completely justified in waiting until the exact moment my daughter and I walk through their doors to cancel on us. Their excuse for the third reschedule? They suddenly realized they were ill-prepared to do my daughter's hair. A professional establishment knows the capabilities of its stylists and communicates appropriately during the booking process. Waiting until we arrive to turn a child away is not only cowardly and blatantly unprofessional, but it also feels incredibly targeted. Do not spend your money at a business that demands your respect but refuses to treat you or your family with basic human dignity. Our daughter missed three days of summer camp because of this place. Run away from this salon as fast as you can and DO NOT LOOK BACK
