I scheduled an appointment for Balayage after she assured me could deal with my hair type. My hair came out not even close to the picture or Balayage technique. It's just stringy yellow highlights. After agreeing with me that it was off , Kim asked me to go the next day to fix it. NO problem.... then the next day she text me that she's cancelling because she charges $100 and hour and my hair has already used a lot of her product and time . I don't mind that my hair was going to need to be fixed , but I do mind the unprofessionalism of her not fixing what she did wrong because she would lose money. What about me ? It costs me time AND she put highlights at the tippy too of my head (opposite of Balayage!!) and now I have to pay to have it fixed. She decided to refund my money - but I caution anyone with actual curly hair to see her pictures and notice they aren't really Hispanic people with thick hair. Also notice in my photo the blow dry job !! 255$ and that's the blow dry job ... looks nothing like anything she's done to anyone else on these photos .... if you mess something up, YOU need to make it right .
