I did not know this but was told my by maid of honor. She had given rude, judgemental stairs to her assistant in regards to my mom who has alopecia and wore a wig. My maid of honor said it seemed like she had a problem with trying to do her hair. When I walked into the Airbnb, I (the bride) was not greeted, but had to introduce myself and said hi first. Their vibes were not at all it for a wedding. Definitely projected stuckup vibes. As I was standing at the table, she (Chasity) had brought to my attention that the cost of extensions would be 25 dollars extra per person even though they were already installed. SHE DID NOT BRING THAT UP during the consultation when given the price for hair and extensions. I once again shook that off, but as I was explaining to one of my girls the new price, Chasity interrupted (as if we were complaining about the price) and said in a snarky tone, "you can just pay $25." I did not like that at all. I did not care about the price since it was my special day, even though she only spent about 10 minutes on each girl and did not ask them what style they wanted (even though I specifically told her to) and gave them all one style that could have easily been done by anyone. It was about how she handled the situation. After consideration, I explained to her that her services would no longer be needed for me due to financial reasons (but that was me trying to be nice and not straight out say she sucked). She then started having the biggest attitude acting super unprofessional about everything even though I apologized when I did not need to. I had to remove myself from the situation before I said something to make it escalate. However, if I would have known she gave dirty looks to my mother it would have been on site. Prices were absurd for what she provided. $100 per head for just some loose curls and it does not matter the length of hair (even if super short). To say the least, I would reconsider if you are thinking about booking with this stylist, all of my bridesmaids disliked their hair.
