On a Friday where open until 8 and do believe I texted like 3 stating noticed them would like an appointment for haircut on Saturday and about a hour later a reply with let me check the schedule. I thought great plenty of time in day still can get appointment, and right at 8 when closing I get a text that no nothing Sat would I like another day? WHAT?? I replied nicely no thank you but I think it deserves a 2 only because at least I got a reply but is that how you do business? This totally made me irritated thinking giving appointment to others before me...idk just not a good feeling and after reading ripped a ladies hair out combing through it ...I will take it as a sign and move along to cute place down road !
