Darn it I was really excited to go here, and so first I looked for online appointments,but couldn't find anything except to call or text this number. So I called it. Noone answered but on message says I think Sun Mon are for appointment only and if need appointment to text. So I did. On a Friday where open until 8 and do believe I texted like 3 stating noticed them would like an appointment for haircut on Saturday and about a hour later a reply with let me check the schedule. I thought great plenty of time in day still can get appointment, and right at 8 when closing I get a text that no nothing Sat would I like another day? WHAT?? I replied nicely no thank you but I think it deserves a 2 only because at least I got a reply but is that how you do business? This totally made me irritated thinking giving appointment to others before me...idk just not a good feeling and after reading ripped a ladies hair out combing through it ...I will take it as a sign and move along to cute place down road ! Thank you for saving me from what I'm sure would have been a rushed crumby cut kinda like their reply. read more

I'm very disappointed !!!! I was so happy to find a new place and person to cut my hair I even said that to Amanda! I admit I canceled a couple times 1. I realize my hair was not as short as I like so a couple days later I said can we fix it and she made me an appointment. I thought a fix after getting hair done was free but when I emailed her the day before my appointment she said it cost money so I said oops I didn't know I'd like to just wait and cut it short next time 2. had a hard couple months with my 6 year old son sick! I thought she understands she has kids The other time I was so excited to get my hair done and she message me that morning that her car broke down and she had to cancel ( I even offered to give her a ride if she needed cause stuff happens in life ) The last time I got an amazing opportunity to do a Yelp movie preview with my kids and I told her 3 days in advance if it was ok to change days of not I can not go to the fun Yelp event.... She sent me a long message saying I'm not the client for her WOW!!! I said to her I'd cancel my Yelp event and come get my hair done " I would have done that cause having a good stylist is IMPORTANT to me!! she never answered me and I email the store to ask if there was another hairdresser at this place and NO NO answer from anyone!!! Then I emailed asking to talk to the owner and NO NO answer I'm so sorry I didn't come to a couple appointments and always gave notice I never didn't show up but to be treated like this I think was wrong It's expensive to get hair color and cut and tip and I guess we should treat people the way we want to be treated read more

Horrible customer service . I made an appointment last week, was told to come in at 10am. I came a few minutes early , parked in back. No one was in salon, saw a car pull up at 9:58am(no big deal we alll run late ; I get it ) I wait a few more minutes in my car to let them open , then knock on the door - no one answered. Waited outside (kinda chilly out ) no one came to the door , called, picked up the phone . . Very rude , and left me baffled. I'm traveling and got a sitter for this appointment. Mollie is absolutely wonderful. She was recommended to me by my best friend who has been coming here for years. I typically went elsewhere but my previous stylist jacked her prices way, way up (which I understand but $70 for a haircut is just not in my price range). The Salon is so cute & I love the location. We moved here from another state 2 years ago and I was desperate for a hairdresser. I had been going to the same guy for 24 years, so needless to say I was quite selective on who would do my hair. Our bank representative has beautiful hair/color so I immediately got a referral to Michelle. My hair is going gray so I wanted to gradually blend it rather than go full gray all at once. I briefly described what I wanted, Michelle asked questions and actually listened so I let her work her magic, and magic she worked! You can always "tell" a hairdresser what you want, but it's always better to suggest and let them do what they do best, and that's to fit your look to your face. I sat in the chair and let Michelle go to town with the color plus cutting it nearly 4" and was shocked with the results; which was absolute perfection! I was so happy with it that I sent a photo to my previous hairdresser and numerous friends and they all gave Michelle serious props! Went in to have a bad haircut from another salon fixed. I made an appointment and was schedule with Bri. She took the time to talk with me about what I wanted ahead of time, and paused to confirm everything as we went along. She did a fabulous job on the cut and helped me select the perfect color for peek a boo highlights as well. I am beyond thrilled with the experience, from the excellent customer service to the clean and beautifully decorated space. No more cheap chop shops. I will happily spend the extra few dollars and have my hair done the way I want. It probably depends on the stylist but I would not recommend if money is tight or if you have a busy schedule. First of all my appontment was at 2, but didnt get started on my hair until 330 because the stylist was busy with not 1,2 but 3 other clients. I spent 200for all over color highlights cut and style and i was not happy with my hair. The color was a blonde orange which I expected might happened so I was really understanding and was offered to come back at no cost. I was happy she recognized the mistake and offer for me to come back so i tipped 45. I did not get it style cause I was coming back. I ended up correcting the color myself for about $12 from Sallys and im pretty satisfied with the color so i called and asked to come back for the cut and style that I never gotten the first time, hoping the stylist would feel bad for the previous service. Not so much, I was quoted 50 bucks. Needless to say I cant afford this place. read more

I went in for Jonni to cut my hair as I'd read good reviews for her. I have very curly hair! I have had a hard time finding anyone that truly knows how to cut curly hair. I was a hairstylist for many years myself, and I get so upset trying to explain what I know without feeling I would upset the stylist, but this time I finally just told her things I did or didn't like or didn't want done. She was fine with that and asked a lot of questions that I was truly glad she did as it showed me she was interested and did have experience with curly hair.
