He offered to fix it...and it became the 2nd worst haircut :( So, I was new in town, had a bad hair cut, and felt apprehensive about trusting anyone. After commenting on a friend's FB post about how hard it is to find a good hairdresser, a client of Jessica's reached out to me. She had recently moved out of the Orlando area, but suggested I see Jessica for a much better price and experience than compared to the other place I went. I was a bit apprehensive still and it took me over a month to finally make an appointment. But finally getting into the chair with Jessica was a breath of fresh air. She immediately knew what kind of style I was asking for: long and blended layers. She also asked how I would like the front framed and she picked up on one of my biggest issues with the last cut. A chunk of hair that didn't frame and looked chopped on only one side, she said she would get that blended and framed in. And she DID IT! My hair looks fantastic! Everything lays nicely and looks blended (as opposed to chunky layers). She had great suggestions for styling and products to address my frizzy and thick hair. She made my hair super soft and silky during the blowout. I definitely recommend Jessica and will be back to visit her for my next cut.
