I've been visiting Robyn Michelle Salon for a few years now, and love this salon! It's always stressful to find a new salon when relocating, but Robyn Michelle was welcoming, knowledgeable and was able to help me with all of my color and extension ideas! I started getting the extensions with Robyn Michelle about three years ago now, and no longer need them because of the amazing amount of growth and volume that has come back! Their work with color is always amazing and they make my dreams and ideas come to life. I normally see Miranda, and she has been an absolute pleasure during my hair journey, and helps me with so much to properly take care of my hair! Ok so... honestly, I would give this salon a five out of 5 I really would. I've had my hair done here before by harmony and she absolutely did an incredible job! I'm notorious for cutting my own hair and that's what landed me in the salon in the first place I had decided to cut a little bit of my hair and went to Harmony and she fixed it and did an amazing job. Then I recently had a friend just cut the dead ends and they messed up so I went back and got my hair done. I had thought it looked great because it was blown out and the girl was so sweet! I've been on this Hair journey for two years now since my hair has gotten damaged and every time it's grown out, it's always had dead ends so I know I have to get those cut so I really try not to use a lot of heat on my hair but two days ago I decided I wanted to straighten my hair I had honestly already kind of felt like the hair felt weird but I thought I was just crazy, so I just continued to curl it, but when I finally straightened it, I realize that it was very much botched. I was obviously very very upset. I called the salon they were absolutely amazing super accommodating. They set up an appointment for me to come in right away to fix it. With Liana (super talent!) I walked in. They were very apologetic. Liana who did my hair absolutely killed it! It looks absolutely amazing. She truly fixed my hair. Everyone's so lovely there. It's just that the haircut was so incredibly bad. I mean, I even had people who were like did you cut it yourself and I told them no because first off I would never ask for a refund or try to get a service for free if I'm the one who did that the two previous times that I did actually indeed cut my hair I set up an appointment to get it fixed so I would never do something like that. That was strictly the stylist but it's OK. It's definitely a learning lesson for her but Liana who did do my hair absolutely killed it! I would definitely go back to that salon to see Harmony or Liana because they both are so talented with Hair! The owner came over as well. She was so nice. She thanked me for coming in so I really would give this place a five out of five stars but unfortunately because that haircut was just so botched. I have to give it a four out of 5 but everyone's so nice and they have such talented people I would just recommend Seeing if you can see it styled straight maybe just to see if there is any issues but honestly, like I said again, it was only that one time everybody else has always done my hair so incredible! She listens to what I want and executes every time. Her and Robyn are very friendly and professional. The salon is always clean, and I like how bright and nicely decorated it is inside. I was hesitant to try this location, since the only other review was a 1 star, but I read a bunch of other reviews about the business and decided to give it a try. I moved to the area recently and needed a new stylist to color and cut my hair. I also needed color correction, so I was nervous about finding a new place. I was pleasantly surprised at this salon. My stylist was wonderful! She listened to what I wanted and we worked out a plan to get me where I want to go with my hair. They use wonderful products - Oribe is one of the brands and my hair came out beautiful and healthy. I love the color and the cut is great for helping me grow out my hair again. I saw several customers come and go while I was there - getting color and cuts, etc. Everyone looked great. I saw styles done by Jackie, Robyn and Morgan while I was there and I think you can't go wrong with any of them. They have several other stylists to choose from also. read more

Moving to a new area and finding a new salon is not something you look forward to doing. However, Gianna and Robyn made this very easy for me to do. I had an appointment for 1:30 but got a message that they could get me in sooner (always an amazing thing to have happen). I was greeted with smiles by a few of the ladies at the front desk, which is always welcoming. The interior is stunning! Clean, bright, comfortable, and the chairs are spaced out nicely. i got extensions there. The quality is not good..priced same as good extension salon in South Florida ‍. Then they ruined them and my real hair within 3 weeks Of initial install. Owner fixed my hair as much as she could but just found new salon after hair was just breaking off. 3 month old extensions had to be removed as the sliding up method left me w matts. i lost a lot of hair and now back in "healing " mode. i spent thousands. i just dont want anyone else to make my huge mistake. Simply not a place to get extensions. Ps. The extensions removed are trash. They "rooted" then after three weeks making them shades of orange, brown and weird blonde ( i bought gorgeous butter blonde color. Machine thick wefts:(. Not hand tied and SAME price. Do not get here!! Second photo is after fixed at robyn m. Matted hair, red ring then roots. To get fixed at good salon was $500 plus all money i lost to this salon. New salon told me the wefts used are like amazon quality. read more

I would like to say how much I appreciate my new stylist, Jackie, at Robyn Michelle Salon and everything she did to make my hair look THE very best for my son's wedding recently! I accompanied my sister (from out-of-state) for her hair appointment @ RMS and as it worked out Jackie had a cancelation after her and she was able to work me in for color, highlights, and trim.
