I wanted to add some cherry cola pizzazz to my hair this time and she nailed it. Parking can be found around the corner from the salon, or across the street, or on the street. The client repeatedly told the hairstylist that her cut was uneven, and the stylist told her that they're out of time and she would have to come back another time to get it fixed. The client pushed for someone else to come over, and by then it was 18 minutes past my appointment time. I let the receptionist know I was leaving as I had a busy morning planned and there was no end in sight at this point. The salon called me and asked when I could come back to see the same stylist. I told them I wasn't comfortable seeing that stylist after what happened earlier, and they offered no discount to return for my time lost or the opportunity to see someone else. The 2 stars is because it was a very nice and clean looking studio, and I'm sure there are other stylists who are great.

Calling you unprofessional would be too high of praise. You manage your salons like Ryan cuts hair. Regardless of the review I'm going to the doctor and I'm calling code enforcement.
