But to my surprise, when I was paying, she charged me another $90 for the extra products which she said 3 bowls of extra dye because my hair is so thick...what? I went to some hair salons & I was never charged for that plus my hair is not that thick! I was so disappointed of her. She charged me $421 (including my $79 deposit) less the root touch up coz I decided not to have it anymore. I felt like I was taken advantage. Will never go back! ***Response to the owner: You didn't discuss about the extra product that is $90! You only told me when I was about to pay. Yes, I decided not to have the root touch up anymore and was hoping I will pay less but I ended up paying more because of your extra charge. The partial custom blonde session you charged me $202 + $79 deposit = $281. I thought toner is included in the price. The extra product you clearly said because my hair is so thick. You charged me already $50 for the root smudge & now you're saying the $90 is for the root smudge too when you only put it on my roots and to be honest it didn't even work...my gray hair are still visible and to the point that I went to the other salon to have it root touched up coz it looks bad. Anyway, my main complaint is the $90 extra product which you clearly told me was for the "3 bowls" of products which I understood for the extra color and not for the root smudge coz you already charged $50 for the root smudge. Both my mom and my aunt had gotten amazing cuts and color by Stephanie, so I knew I would be in good hands. She transformed their hair and I was so impressed. Stephanie is so sweet and takes the time to listen to what you want - I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair to look and what it had looked like last summer when longer and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Talk about pissed off, she said my hair was too damaged and that she could use color to achieve what I wanted well she can't read ENGLISH and doesn't speak it well either. She used a brown color and I said it looked dark. She said no it is just the light in here. Well it wasn't the light. I of course called the owner immediately, the arrogant SOB, and he didn't offer any refund or anything except to come in and let them fix it. NOT A CHANCE IN HE// would I let them touch my hair again. FYI my hair is very healthy, not damaged at all. Do not use this salon
