      Disappointed in quality of cut and general service, because this was very expensive (85$ before…read moretip). The salon environment is lovely, and the hair stylist was very friendly. However, I don't think she knew how to cut thicker hair, and she extensively used texturizing scissors all over my hair--leading to a lot of frizz and uneven layers once I had washed my hair. (Shortest hair is two inches, longest closer to ten, so everything in the back is a bit messy). The service experience was especially strange for a salon. The receptionist seemed tired and was a bit curt with me before and after my appointment. My stylist was friendly but kept making comments about how thick and coarse my hair was, which left me feeling a bit awkward and bad for bothering to sit in her chair. I had booked an hour appointment but felt rushed at the 45min mark to be done, and she never offered to let me see the back of my head. When I left the salon, I discovered that I had tiny cut hairs all over my face. This isn't a place I would go back to for a haircut. For the price, the haircut and the overall experience were bad. I regret giving them 3 stars on their canned request for feedback, because I was still thinking I'd get used to it. Folks with finer hair textures would probably have a better experience here, but it's not worth it for me.

She is extremely detail oriented and fun to talk to. Her space is very relaxing and clean. I trust her completely!
