Kristin never made me feel "less than" but every now and again we would have a good laugh over a giant root spot in the back I always seemed to miss coloring. Eventually I decided to let the expert take over my color and boy am I so glad I did! Kristin, due in part to her passionate desire to pursue the best product and education, has managed to achieve a color for me, that I have been dreaming of for years. My former salon and the box color just couldn't do it but Kristin sure did! I get stopped by strangers all the time in drive throughs, parking lot shout outs, by store clerks and customers. I just tell them my stylist is a genius. A few years back my husband and son started going to Kristin for their cuts as well. They are in and out quickly and their hair always looks perfect! The salon called only one hour before my appointment to tell me that Melanie Saldivar would not be available because she was running behind with another client. This was especially frustrating because the salon had called the previous day to confirm my appointment, and I had clearly confirmed that I would be there. After I explained that I had already reorganized my schedule, they offered me a 2:00 PM appointment instead. I arrived a few minutes early and then waited for nearly 30 minutes. I had even skipped lunch to make it there on time. At that point, I decided to leave because there was no clear communication about when I would actually be seen. What disappointed me even more was that after I left, no one called, texted, or checked in to see what happened. As I am writing this review at 3:00 PM, I still have not received any apology, update, or follow-up from the salon. This entire experience showed a complete lack of respect for a customer's time.
