My experience was "meh." I've been here twice and I'm not impressed. I always try to give places a…read moresecond chance, but this go around made my decision. I got my hair colored and cut. They barely dried my hair, only dried enough so that I could get a feel for what the color was. I'm sorry, but if you're paying for a color and cut, a dry should come with it. I literally left the building with wet hair during winter. Keep in mind I provided pictures of what my hair looked like and what I wanted. I also asked the stylist to call me to ensure there was enough time scheduled to complete the color and cut as the receptionist was only going to schedule an hour. 2/15/24....the owner's response does not make sense, at least to me. My first visit consisted of a color and no cut and my hair was blown dry. I wasn't provided an option the second visit, so my fault for assuming that I would receive a blow dry the second time with a color and cut. It wasn't a cost savings benefit for me, it was a timing issue for the colorist. I've been to many salons and always had my hair dried and styled as part of the overall service when coloring hair.

I cannot believe she used so many wonderful skin care products, cutomized for my skin type, which is oily. My skin literally glowed, was supple yet firm, and pores minimized. I wish she took before and after pics. She also used various techiniques like vibration, steam, and cold. Truly like no other and for the fraction of the cost. Do yourself and your skin a favor and book a facial with Lisa. Definitely going back for galvanic treatment. Cannot wait!!

She asked all the right questions and made me feel excited to get it cut! The inside of this salon is very nice and was told it was newly renovated. The people that work here are kind and amazing. After I got a highlight and a cut I received so many compliments and my daughter then decided to go with me the next time. Beth cut over 8" off of her hair and although I was skeptical about my daughter getting so much cut off, it turned out so cute! The atmosphere has a home town feel to it, yet very professional results. The cost was about average with other well known salons in the area. The stylists are fantastic and really good at what they do the only issue is the boss/manager.. she's very controlling and not the nicest when it comes to helping her other stylists. I had a horrible experience due to her not listening to my stylist choosing proper colors which led to (boss deciding to take over cause she just felt like it) turned my highlights BRIGHT orange when we agreed with my stylist we were trying to go for a nice deep auburn. I felt horrible not just for my hair but for my stylist.- before I got to this conclusion I figured she knew what she was doing anyways so I didn't see it as a big deal, she even looked at the photos and said 'oh yeah, I know what to do I know what we're going for, she needs these mixes instead' my stylist went back and forth with her about the colors she chose but the manager insisted on her pick. This is probably the harshest review I've ever done but I still can't believe it happened to me. I hope if she does she this review it's just a small reminder to 'stay in your lane' and trust your coworker's decisions when they're one on one with their own clients. Luckily I was able to get it redone and done properly without the stress of the manager coming around and wanting to take over again.

While I was waiting I overheard one of the stylists, who I found out was the owner, complaining about people who walk in as opposed to making an appointment. (The door clearly says "walk ins welcome".) (The owner) Sue, cut my hair. While doing so she made several offensive and racist comments, including insulting my child's name, talking about how she left a job because she couldn't work for "a black" and also talked about politics and the military. It was not a pleasant experience and the cut was mediocre at best. It was uneven, and I left with a ton of hair on and in my shirt.
