Prior to finding Vanessa I colored my own hair in attempt to cover up a pretty disappointing ombré done by someone else. I pretty much destroyed my hair when I did that. It looked burnt, frizzy, flat ... all the horrible ways hair could look. I went to Vanessa hoping to "fix" my mess, but she went above and beyond.
