Omg so I went to Supercuts on an impulsive streak to cut off my hair and boy did that backfire. I explained to the lady that I wanted a choppy bob with bangs and I had this horrible Dora the explorer cut as a result. So after 2 days of trying to make it work I reached to Sarah. Honestly best decision of my life. Not only was she super sweet and reassuring, but she did an amazing job. She luckily let me be her last appointment of her day. I came to her with a vision and she was honest with me from start. I had dark black hair and wanted to go blonde. Sarah is a dream! I had been going with someone else for a long time and then I moved and it became a bit far for me to go to. So I looked up a hair stylist near by and she came up. Now I don't trust just anyone with my hair so it was a big deal for me, but set the appointment. Sarah was amazing- she was super sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable right away. I'm a business owner and I would never treat any of my customers the way they treated me the other day . I had a schedule appointment that day when I showed up with with my son that day Sarah cancel me on the spot telling me we don't allow children at this location. I had been here to this location previously and there were kids waiting in the waiting area. Seems like they only favor certain people with kids if she didn't want my business she should've just said so. She knew I have a son and i wasn't going to bring him but school was close that day she should of just accommodated me for being a repeated customer but she didn't.
