The first stylist showed little concern for hair health. My hair became severely damaged, and the highlights were poorly done--harsh, with straight lines and clearly visible foil marks. Even after going back for a touch-up, the work never improved. I switched to a second stylist for balayage, hoping for better results. On my most recent visit, I came in only for a toner and specifically asked for a golden honey blonde. Instead, I left with a dark, cool brown color that was the complete opposite of what I requested. Before I even left the salon, the stylist and other staff were trying to wash the color out, which made it clear it was wrong. The stylist knew I was unhappy, but I had a work event that night and had no real option but to leave. I called the salon the next day to have it fixed and was told there was no availability for two weeks. When I finally came back in, the stylist didn't even dry my hair--so there was no way to properly see whether the color had been corrected. Overall, this salon is overpriced, stressful, and inconsistent. Given the cost, I expected professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for client requests. I did not receive that and would not recommend this salon.

The hairdresser also took advantage, put serum in my hair withholding that he would charge me $50. I never asked for it nor did he disclosed how much it would cost. I even tipped my hairstylist over 20% so a $400 haircut essentially. I messaged my hairdresser about this issue and he just told me to come in so he can take a look... I don't have time to drive 45 mins for someone to look at my hair. I would like someone to tell me they will fix it and it was their mistake. My intuition tells me it's not worth coming back.
