Every part of my hair is extremely uneven and a large chunk of my nape (back hairline) was cut out and now I have to wait for my hair to grow back in before it can even look somewhat even. My stylist was named Bri I believe. Now I have to find a new stylist soon so that they can at least try to fix this or make it look even somewhat presentable to walk around with. I hate to leave a bad review at a local place as I try to support local businesses but this haircut honestly shocked me at how bad it is. My husband and I had booked our wedding reception at Renault Winery and being that we live 2.5 hours away from the vineyard, I had to find a hairdresser in the area that would be willing to travel to the vineyard (on a holiday weekend) to do hair and makeup for my wedding. I went to visit Emily at the salon in January, 2017 for a hair and makeup trial and she does fabulous work. She is extremely meticulous and precise with everything. My makeup looked flawless as did my hair! She is very accommodating and willing to do whatever I asked. I knew right then and there that she would be the one to join me in making me look all glamorous on my special day.. Emily arrived right on time the day of the wedding and did my hair/makeup, along with two others hair style. She is friendly, personable, and just perfect at what she does. She knows how to have fun and make you feel comfortable while still remaining professional. Emily, I wish I lived closer as I would come to you for all my hair needs. They are also great with kids as I've watched them cut numerous kids' hair with minimal tears shed (you know how that goes if you're a parent...) My wife gets her hair cut here and loves it, since she adds highlights on her own at home. They recently added beard and hair gray removal coloring for men and I've witnessed a number of men who seem to be very pleased with the job that is done. The only downside to Hair Kutz is the no appointment policy they have, and they do not take credit cards. Therefore everything is walk-in and cash only, but the full 5 star review comes from the fact that they are speedy and courteous to rectify that issue (and close to an ATM, to boot.)
