So I just came here for the first time and I am extremely disappointed. The two ladies working there kept complaining about the remodel because it's too cramped. This is true but it's unprofessional and makes the client uncomfortable. I then proceeded to get both the quickest and worst haircut of my life. When she announced she was done I was so surprised I didn't say anything. I was just like, ok then. I'm talking 4-5 minutes tops. She never even held up the mirror at the end to show the back. I really should have said something. I also should have not tipped on top of the $26 I was already charged, which for a men's haircut at a chain is ridiculous. Shocking! How non-chalant Jennifer was in canceling my appointment! I had a confirmed hair appointment at 11am. I walked in and at first told me she didn't have me down, then after I told her I had a confirmation in my email as well as a text confirming she said she couldn't do my hair(mind you I had a big event that evening), she was closing shop. I believe they hire hairstylist with no or minimal experience at least at this location. Other locations cut hair with no issues. If you go here be very cautious with what they are doing, you just might walk out with mullet instead of layers. read more

I went here to get a couple inches off my hair. The hairdresser asked if I'd like some texture, and I told her if she recommended it she knows what she's doing, so that was fine. The hairdresser was incredibly nice, and had been doing hair for 20 years or so...I didn't realize how bad my hair was until I got home because I left with it wet. My hair was butchered...totally choppy, huge length differences (why?!). I didn't even bother to call back to have them correct it because I have zero confidence they could. I don't expect to pay 282.00 cause I applied a 20 percent tip of $235.00. True I put in for the Root-Touch Up package. Quoted $168 . Includes touch up ( which wasn't a lot of root needing coverage, a cut and style, a blow dry, shampooing and conditioning and Gloss. Oh a $5 credit on a purchase, well how about a small bottle of shampoo or conditioner for that $5. So now that this is all done, and cut is done, I have very little high-light left, like none at all on top, well we don't have too cover 2inches of hair on a root touch up when its not needed , and I just had 6 foils put in on Oct 20th. Well, I appreciate there was time too put another 6 foils in Mainly top, some covered sides, but much astonishment when my bill came. I am being charged now $40.00 for the 6 high-lights , $27 for the gloss toner, oh well, I paid for a gloss out of the 168.00, but ok, then I call numerous other HAIR CUTTERY establishments and find out that 3 foils are only $12 so a total of 6 should only be $24, and I have been being charged $38-40 for over a year for these 6 high-lights, now in the high-light package of 7-12 that comes with gloss/toner for this is $68. So what is it ? and every time you color is it expected to be blown dry? or what? Honestly the best policy and I have greatly appreciated my satisfaction on my hair but I expect fair service or no service , for I can completely go back to my past Salon.Now Oct 20,2023, high-lights are surely not out grown and leaving me with absolutely nothing on top or on sides makes very little sense. Because the charges from today on the 6 high-lights & toner (Gloss) comes too $67... The seven listed as a partial comes to $68 ( so answer, does this include the toner? My time is just as valuable as any one else's. If we get it together, there wouldn't be a problem and I wouldn't be calling other establishments to get the answer. You offer free consultation , what's wrong with telling a regular client , it's best to go this way or that, to avoid any misinterpretation . read more

I came in for a hair cut and showed the manager a picture of my hair when it was shorter and she seemed very confident to cut my hair. I had way over 13 inches of hair and was left with less than 3 inches after my cut. It looks nothing like what I asked for. I now have to wear hats to cover my hair because of how much I hate how I now look. Do not go here. It's unprofessional and if you are black definitely stay away as they know nothing about our hair type. Just awful. read more

As a 15 year old girl, i got my eyebrows done here. I have never felt more insecure about myself in my life and i get made fun of now for the way they look. The lady took half of my right brow off and now the whole shape of them is gone and just curved. i am so disappointed and the fact that i even payed gets me so angry. do not come here. read more

Was there yesterday for a wash/blow out. Horrible job! wash was crappy, and the blow out was even worse. Freez and still felt wet in some areas. I rewashed and did my own drying, waste of money. The girl was nice and personable but she does NOT know how to blow dry wavy hair :( read more

Worst experience I've had without having my hair royally screwed up. The woman who cut my hair never introduced herself and said about 10 words to me. "What number?" was all she asked about my hair cut. I realize my hair cut is easy as I keep it buzzed in the summer months but a little customer interaction goes a long way. She rushed through it as though she had better things to do even though no one else was waiting. The haircut itself was fine, but honestly I could probably do what she did at my house. Waited 30 minutes to have my child receive a haircut after being told it would only be a few minutes before he could be seen. Finally I asked for a better timeframe and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Thanks for wasting my time! read more
