She was nice but literally was calling me back, looking on her phone and Apple Watch. I could tell she was distracted the entire time. This was just a "procedure" going through the steps with very little customer service element. I wanted to be understanding but she just seemed uninterested in servicing me in general and apparently wasn't about to try to be anything other than "tired", like I should accept that as a paying customer.
